After many…read morecommunications with Emerald Ostel's owner and time spent re the replacement of my HVAC's coils (parts under manufacturer warranty) and replacement of the fiberglass duct, the workers showed up without the necessary fiberglass parts / sheets for the duct work. Despite the workers saying that they could source the materials locally and get the work done, the owner unilaterally and w/o telling me, decided to not perform the agreed upon work and his workers left w/o a word either. The owner would not pick up any of my follow up calls or respond to my texts. He only sent me an email the following day saying that he just changed his mind bc that was not the work he expected to perform. He claimed that the 2 sheets of fiberglass of 10'x4' each were merely intended for patching of the duct and not its replacement. He clearly underestimates client's intelligence or prior experiences, which is insulting. Not to mention that he is unprofessional since he would not return any calls or text messages until he was shamed into sending me an email saying he would not do the work (even though his workers were capable of doing it). This is no way to do business. Thumbs down.

I took it in and I explain to him over the phone actually before I took it in that my cleaning lady had taken it apart to clean it and then I couldn't get it back together nor could she. I literally spent no more than two seconds there none not having to wait and Steve grab the parts snapped them together did not charge me and left me to go on my way. The store is stocked with tons of vacuum cleaners all great brands and he apparently has every single part you could ever imagine from what I can see in the back room. I'll be back with my other vacuum that needs a medic. This place reminds me of the vacuum cleaner version of that cartoon story The Little Toaster but with a better fate :) Do recommend!
