1st bad review I've ever left and I'm sad to do so. I bought an LG wash tower for a bathroom…read morerenovation. item delivered and box in perfect condition. I left the item in the box to protect it during renovation. Ran into a permit delay from township for the bathroom floor so the unit was unboxed about 3 weeks after delivery. unit was damaged and dented all along the right side. I contacted my salesman and provided all the requested photos serial numbers etc. I did not ask for a new unit bc I was able to flip the design and hide the damage. I didn't ask for repairs. I only asked that when I bought my next appliance they would consider giving me some money off. This had been my 3rd purchase from them. After many weeks of being passed around and asked to provide photos over and over they said they have a policy that damage must be reported within 15 days and I was about a week past that. They don't tell you this when you buy the appliance or when they deliver. it's on the invoice if you happen to notice it. I was only asking for a good will gesture towards Another Purchase. I didn't even ask for any specific amount. I thought buying from a smaller local store was the right way to go. All they did was waste my time for weeks pretending they wanted to be helpful. For a token gesture on their part I would have stayed a customer.

I waited around all day for 5 days, one of the days he didn't even show up or let me know until I texted to ask if he was still coming. Each time he said it was "fixed" then rushed out of the house without testing the machine properly, leaving me with a machine that was still just as broken as when we started. After day FIVE of this i've finally given up and will be buying a new machine. I'm out $400 and no one at the company will return my calls. STAY AWAY.
