    Next door has tasty ramen!!
    Nicole N.

Came here after having delicious ramen next door! This is definitely the sweet treat you NEED to complete your meal experience! There is street parking but it is free. The staff were quiet but polite. We were not greeted right away and stood around awkwardly until someone walked over to take our order. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes: The walls had some fun decor but overall this has a very "hole in the wall" "dive" vibe to it. There is not a lot of seating. It honestly is worth it to just get it to go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food: We got the money business crepe! It was spectacular! Super tasty!!! Definitely one of the best crepes I have had in a while! Not overly sweet but just the right amount! If you are in the area, give the ramen a try and then get your sweet fix here!!

ube yes. matcha no. i've only had crepes a few times in my life so im no connoisseur. NOMd: - ube boba. yum! had a good ube flavor unlike other ube flavored stuff i've tried - crème brûlée crêpe. this one was my fav out of the 3 we tried. i looved the custard cram. - monkey business. perfect amount of nutella, wasn't too overpowering but definitely for the chocolate lovers - strawberry custard. my sister got this and she liked it. i didn't get a good enough bite to really taste the experience of it. good ice cream tho and super cute! - matcha latte. worst matcha i've ever had. it was burnt and so so bitter. service, etc.: [[HIGHLIGHT]]the staff were friendly and the place was super cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] my brother and i loved the paper mâché. i didn't even realize they were next door to ramen kazama so i'll have to come back to try their crepe cakes and soufflés.

Tiramisu and Monkey Business with vanilla ice cream crepes

Ichigo should mean "super duper yummy". This is a small joint connected to Ramen Kazama. They have various selection of savory and sweet crepes. We had tiramisu, monkey business with vanilla ice cream and turkey sunrise crepes. All are super delicious.

On a day field trip with a couple of teenager girls, we started our day at this amazing crepe place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a tiny place on a corner in South Minneapolis. It was packed and luckily the adjoining ramen place had extra seating[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The girls ordered boba, chai latte and crepes. I had a delish coffee and the Tokyo pancakes. The pancakes were tall and light and fluffy. The crepes were fresh sweet and delish. Staff was super friendly and all of their creations are like a work of art. Def recommend!

    Mango Souffle

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A cute, small little restaurant! The vibes are very nice, and is very laid-back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came in, placed my order for the Mango Souffle,, and was told that the wait would be able 10-15 minutes. However, the wait was actually about 30-45 minutes. Given the wait time, the staffs were all very nice, friendly, and welcoming. When I finally received my souffle, the taste was okay. The souffle had an "eggy" smell to it, and while I ate it, I wasn't too sure if the souffle was cooked all the way. The souffle did lack flavors and was pretty bland, and presentation could have been better. The mango on the side was a bit sour as well as the sauce--tasted a bit unfresh. The whipped cream helped a lot with the taste, but was very minimal. Overall, I do not think I would come back for the souffles here, but I would like to try their crepes next time.

He's so excited to dig into this strawberry crepe! We added vanilla ice cream. So good!

Add the ice cream! I was driving through Minneapolis with a sweet tooth and remembered seeing this place before so made a quick pit stop. So glad I did! We got strawberry crepe with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. So good! The crepe was soft and fluffy and the cornflakes inside added a wonderful crunch. Since my son and I were sharing a sweet treat, I had to bring home a slide of crepe cake for my hubby. He chose the strawberry Oreo and he enjoyed that as well! The two employees there were both so welcoming and friendly! We'll be back when we are in the area again.

The drinks were good. The service was fast and efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The setting was chill with music[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Come for the Crepes! Go elsewhere for Boba Tea. This tiny restaurant is cute, but with only two workers, it can take a while to get your crepes when there is a line. It was fun to watch our crepes being made fresh though! Nutty Berry Crepe was delicious (5/5) for $8! Who doesn't love Nutella and strawberries? Plus the cornflakes added a nice crunch. We added a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream and the result was an outrageously delicious treat. I also ordered a Brown Sugar Boba (3/5) for $5.49. The tea (liquid part) tasted great, but the boba was slightly too hardened for me. I prefer a fresh soft and chewy boba but these tapioca pearls tasted stale.

it's usually good but today they gave me two crepes that were like a day old from the fridge. i know this because usually the crepe is very soft and warm ish but this time it was completely cold and it was hard and i couldn't even finish it. she gave it to us very fast and that's why i know it wasn't made the day of. i had to throw away 2.

Had a hankering for crepes so the spouse and I tried this. Felt more like a coffee shop but had a variety of crepes (sweet or savory) available. Forget what sweet one we got but it was good. Will try again.

What a great find! Not many places in the twin cities area that are serving up crepes like this. Highly recommend, can't wait to get back and try out their soufflé pancakes!

    Japanese Soufflé Pancakes
    Nicole G.

A great little place for something different I had to try the Japanese Soufflé Pancakes on saw on the gram and they did not disappoint so fluffy, light and refreshing with the fruit and chocolate sauce! The pancakes do take about 20 minutes but it was quiet and cozy and by the looks of the picture it was worth the wait!!! Cute little place but not much for dining area.

The menu is limited. We got the Mapo tofu mazemen, which is this brothless ramen with a Mapo tofu blend, mushrooms, eggplant, tofu, and doubanjian blended together. I wish we could see some of the distinct ingredients alone besides the tofu as it was a bit too blended for me. I liked how unique this ramen was!! The chicken karaage basket had the most addicting trio of sauces - yuzu mayo, nori ranch; and honey mustard. The yuzu mayo was so light and citrusy, and I could practically drink the nori ranch. The fries were shoestring and perfectly crispy. The issue lies in the chicken karaage - it almost felt burnt, and it was quite dry inside. The chicken age gyoza were yummy. I did love the crispness and the tangy kamikaze dipping sauce! Service is efficient!

We got an order of NHK (spicy chicken karage) and it was the perfect appetizer to gear us up for our entree. From the moment we arrived, the valet parking made everything easy (though I recommend taking an Uber if you're doing the wine pairing... you'll definitely want to savor every sip). We went for the Matsu omakase, and wow -- every course was a work of art. Drinks: The Last Samurai cocktail & the Imposter Among Us mocktail were both delightful. Love the unique drink options, and the two we had were executed beautifully. The rice was unfortunately undercooked, and also too lightly seasoned. The tamago was alright, the futomaki was very good though. The onigiri was great and I was a huge fan of the salmon but the tuna just wasn't hitting for me.
