Mr. Huang the owner is so sweet and honest. My jumpsuit got ruined ( not even his fault) when he followed the instructions for cold wash. The black bled on the trim over the entire jumpsuit and turned the cream trim purple. The dye used to manufacture the jumpsuit was garbage!! But he reimbursed me for the jumpsuit and was so sweet to me. He called and reached out to me and apologized. Such a stand up guy and a sweetheart. So they have been a great business through good and unfortunate situations. They have integrity!!! Love them all !!

It was muddy and it was soaking wet like a few machines over flowed. After the attendant went outside 4-5 times of us being there he finally went to the back and dragged the mud around. She was openly hostile, clearly miserable in her job, and made no effort to hide her disdain for customers. When I called out her attitude--politely, mind you--she doubled down and flat-out told me to take my business elsewhere. That's exactly what I did, and I suggest you do the same.
