I have never been happy to go to the dentist. I mean, who is? But this office is different. I love it!!! Dr. Feras is incredibly intelligent and kind. He makes sure that you are comfortable and includes you in every single step of your procedures. He wants you to understand what he's doing and why. And your happiness is so important to him. Also, his staff is amazing. This office has some of the nicest people I have ever met. I will gladly go back. I've referred some friends and family too. Highly recommend this place for dental work . My husband had an emergency and needed 2 root canals . They were able to get him in same day ..instead of having to wait for 2 more weeks to have anything done *note he didn't get the root canals done just yet ..but they gave him a procedure to get him out of the terrible pain he's been in and will be able to work him in in the next few days . Dr. Rezk had been my family dentist for years and performed a root canal on my tooth. The root canal that he performed was not done correctly and is required to be re-done. A very painful and traumatic procedure. I do not recommend this place for anything further than a cleaning. The reason I gave them one star is because they provide excellent customer service. They are very friendly and it's a nice facility. I would not recommend them for more complex procedures as it has proved to be a painful and expensive experience. read more

This is a place where they only want your money. I went with a toothache They took x rays made an evaluation of my tooth and gave me ibuprofen for pain and nothing else because they were about to close (No time to care for me and my pain). That was a Friday! they gave me another appointment to review my tooth on Monday. My pain couldn't wait for Monday, so I went next day to see another dentist who took care of the problem right away. read more

I had a root canal last Tuesday at another excellent dentist and needed a referral for the restorative treatment of the crown. I was referred to Dr Al Rezk, and was glad that I picked him! I was able to get a consultation with him the same day of my root canal, and had an appointment for my post and temporary crown that Friday. His office is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very nice. Dr Rezk was personable and attentive towards my dental situation. While having my procedure, he and his assistant were very gentle with my gums, and would constantly check to see if I needed anything, or if I was in any pain. The doctor also explained what he was doing, and told me when I was going to hear any strange noises in my mouth or feel any pinching. I didn't even need any ibuprofen when I got home later that afternoon. I live about an hour away from this dentist, but don't mind the drive for someone who is professional and caring about my dental care. My husband is also going to choose this Doctor as his regular dentist. I will also highly recommend/refer others to this location. read more

I felt comfortable and that I was in good hands. I am terrified of dentists. I don't like the white sterile rooms, latex gloves, loud noises and ... well I don't enjoy any of it. However this office created a warm comfortable place with the warm personalities of the employees. I previously wrote a positive review for a dental seminar I attended at Icon dental. Dr. Feras Al Rezk offered me a $500 discount on an implant just for attending his seminar. He quoted me a price of $4000 for one implant with a bone and gum graft. I paid $3542 up front. He completed the procedure on December 2018 and I received and additional bill for $1665 in May 2019. I'm very unhappy with his work. The implant is too white and thick and doesn't blend well with my bottom teeth. The gum graft does not cover the tooth completely. I went and got a second opinion as too the quality of his work and the dentist confirmed what I already knew. He's very deceptive in his pricing plus the booking at his office is horrible. His bedside manner needs improvement too!! read more

A couple months ago my ex dentist, icon dental, called and said I owed money from when I had my ex's insurance. Mind you I have been divorced for almost 6 years now. She said she would send an invoice. I find it odd that every time I went in I made sure my account was current and it always was. Now a bill from 5 or 6 years ago? Ok I get the invoice a week ago. It just says invoice, the amount and LATE FEES! wth!? I told her I am not paying it she said she would take the late fees off, I said that's nice I'm still not paying a bill I don't owe and you can't even tell me what it's for. She threatened me with collections. I said ok my lawyer will handle it then. I told her the dr can call me I will tell him to his face I AM NOT PAYING IT! I am even more irate now since they can not give me itemization and charged late fees. I DO NOT recommend Icon Dental AT ALL! You may be billed later just because he needs money. read more

I've been going to Dr. Feras for several years now. He has great bedside manner and somehow manages to do everything with a minimum of discomfort. The staff is great, and the facility is clean, well maintained, and as calming as you could hope for in a dental office. After many years in San Francisco and Los Angeles (and great experiences with several dentists), I recently moved to the Visalia area. I was apprehensive about finding a new dentist, and chose Dr. Feras because of the great Yelp reviews. Given Covid, it had been a little over a year since my last check up, and I knew there was work to be done. Dr. Feras and his staff were top notch. Unfortunately, I was right, and ultimately had 4 appointments over roughly 6 weeks at Icon Dental... deep cleaning, two replacement fillings, and a new onlay. Given my past experience, none of Dr. Feras's treatment plan was a surprise: As a Registered Nurse, and after a horrible experience with a Chiropractor years ago, I'm always on guard for any "up sell" or brand new issues (i.e. out of step with my dental history). All that to say I've had great experiences with dentists, and a couple of bad in my 49 years, and Icon Dental definitely lands in the "Great" category. I am petrified of going to the dentist. But at some point you have to. Based on the reviews here I scheduled an appointment with Icon. As much as I hate going, I have to say they made me feel comfortable. Im still not happy about going...lol but I definitely will continue to go to and now refer people there.
