I worked with Alan, and not only was my vestibular issues resolved, the testing showed I was very visually dependent, and a few other issues I was aware of, like a tightness in my neck muscles. Well, to give an example at the beginning I could barely walk on a foam balance beam without losing my balance. By the end, I could walk this beam fairly well with goggles blocking my vision (no vision) and moving my head simultaneously. Also my sister noted (without knowing I was doing PT) my posture improved tremendously. My neck tightness/pain is gone. This was about one month of sessions. Definitely give them a try!!

This is a privately owned physical therapy office with two physical therapist as partners - Nancy, and Howard. Both are super experienced. I had to come here because I had a random neuromuscular injury and I came here for about six months because I found it so helpful . I primarily saw Nancy and her manual work is unmatched! I had a lot of locked up upper body muscle muscles, where I couldn't even lift my left arm all the way up. She did manual work massages in the areas that needed it to get the tissue to freeze up at every session and then would assign me physical therapy work in their gym. That was essential for my case. Prior to coming to this office, I had tried out another physical therapy office, I won't name any names, but I really dislike them and immediately stop going to them after the first session. On the entire hand at Orthosport, I stayed with them a little bit longer because I just enjoyed their service so much. And not to mention, they're such friendly and warm people. Not money grabbers at all. They want you to be able to improve and leave with skills to maintain your body and not have you come back unnecessarily. They accept different health insurances . They had installed plexiglass, however the staff continually leaned over the plexiglass and walked around the hallways without a mask. Further, their masks were cloth based, not medical grade. This is a place for healthcare delivery. The doctors, nurses and office managers should be more vigilant with their staff, especially during a pandemic in one of the worst hit states in the country. I expect better. I recommend staying away, at least during the pandemic, especially those that are high risk for COVID.
