My situation started 3 weeks ago with another tenant started harassing me was yelling in my window(I am ground level) and said he would be putting up a camera to record me z I reported right away and shared a young mom with minor kids loaded and unloaded her kids there that was a concern. Management would not do anything said was for security which it is not he's in the middle building . Fast forward he has had numerous complaints from other neighbors I made a police report after he dumped his dogs crap in front of my bedroom window and they said would be up to management to handle they couldn't do anything Many emails phone calls and texts and they defend this harasser This morning he had his dog outside my bedroom window intentionally riling up my dog with his dog and I called management and when they finally got back to me defended him again I informed I would be moving out because I do not feel safe with the psycho they are allowing to harass me Oh and they charge too much for crappy apartments

I want to note that Tyler mentioned that if another application was processed and approved before ours was processed, we would be able to get our fee back. Did the application and sent in the payment. I let Tyler know that it was in, he acknowledged that. Despite reaching out to him on Facebook Marketplace, calling the management company and emailing, we have not gotten a single update or communication in any form in the three weeks since we have put in our applications! I am of the mindset that we were scammed out of $100 for two application fees. Do better! Edit: A side note I want to mention. The phone number listed on the website and the application I believe is a cellphone that is kept or used by the owner or manager. It is what's used for the Zelle for the application fees. When calling it, it prompts you to say your name and why you're calling, like the iPhones do now. I always gave a pretty good description of who I was and why I was calling, but they never answered. I will admit, I have an out-of-state number, so they may have been confused, but it's unprofessional to not answer that number when it calls five times over the course of a week. Also, if they had even looked at let alone processed our application, they would have seen my phone number.

At this point, the water is just slowly entering into the framing in the wall where the spigot hangs off and the caulking has become disconnected and moldy. Trash was left behind from previous tenants, and the windows are crusted in 6 layers of paint and bugs that require the impeccable force of the Incredible Hulk to open. Same with doors, cabinetry, and walls. My door has been kicked in before and is barely put together with split shims, mismatched screws, hopes, and dreams. Drains clog constantly, temperatures reach 94°F inside, and they prohibit the install of any AC. Not that you'd want to trust the ungrounded electrical wiring to handle high amperage draw appliances anyways. Please do not make the same mistake that I have. PLEASE. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the time, money, convenience, and safety. If there's one thing that my Ex & I could gladly agree upon, it would be that this has been the worst renting experience either of us has ever come across. Some of the people he let in would not qualify for a rental in the worst parts of town. It has been over a year now and our home is still under repairs before we can even list it. My RV was broken into at one of IncaAztec Management, Inc.'s facilities. The person that broke…read moreinto the RV entered the facility with an access code that opened the security gate. The person proceeded to damage the RV and unloaded thousands of dollars of items from it without anyone noticing. This is despite the fact that the incident occurred after 6am and the RV was parked directly in front of a monitored security camera. I have been trying to get the company to respond to my request for compensation for over a month and a half. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue amicably, the company's response is to be completely unresponsive. Businesses will without a doubt run into disputes with their customers. It's how they choose to respond that sets apart a good business from a bad one. Choosing to completely ignore a customer that has experienced a significant negative issue shows which that this company is the latter. I would not use IncaAztec Management, Inc. to manage rental units, nor would I rent a unit from one of its facilities.
