Wish u can give 0 stars. This place is a joke they take your money and give you tons of empty promises. They screwed me over on a previous order. Randy told me he would make sure himself order was done in time quoted me 2 weeks for a tshirt order been over 2 months and nothing. Called office lady who answers phone is very rude and just wants to argue. I asked for refund she laughs. Do yourself a favor dont go there they will take your money and not give you your product. Waited 3 months for proofs after paying a $500 deposit. Had to go back in and ask for my money back to get the work done. Upon install they did not bring proper equipment to install our banner so they had to return later in the day. We couldn't wait around soWe asked for a picture once the work was completed so that we could pay the invoice. 9 minutes after sending us proof of work completed, received a text message asking why the invoice hasn't been paid yet. We waited 3 months for a couple of windows and a banner but they couldn't wait 10 minutes to be paid? To be fair, their work/design turned out great. But the service here is not good. read more

I loved the results so much, I had them do my front window lettering as well. Both times they got the design perfect, I never had to change a thing. I wouldnt even give this place a star. The staff is rude and their work is the sloppiest I've ever seen. I came in for a memorial shirt and wanted to cry when I seen it. The D looked badly cropped, the picture didnt even look like him. The guy said i had 2 choices, either take the shirt or throw it away and get my money back. Went in last Tuesday for 2 sticker decals for my side window was told it would take up to 7 days .For 2 2"-12" stickers. Never received a call or text with a preview of the finished work like promised I had to call ofcourse . Once I finally received the sticker it was beyond small no where near what I told them I wanted . The staff proceeded to then seem bothered that I either wanted it reprinted or get a refund . Once I mentioned that ofcourse I was told they don't give refunds . The Customer service sucks . The quality of work sucks and I definitely do not recommend this company . read more

Stole 300 dollars of my money. Took a deposit and his Employee brow beat me over our design after paying 65 bucks for the service. Mis-spellings, non rounded, and then he tried to bait and switch by asking for way more money to fix his arches when they told us modifications were included. As a new business owner I couldn't even find the time or energy to go in so I dragged my husband today to meet the owner. He refused to do anything due to 8 months passed and threw us out we as we objected to him straight stealing 300 bucks from another small business owner. Beware, old owner has passed this business onto his son who is nothing but a thief. I would not recommend this business after having a Batch of shirts done for screen printing last year the screen printing was very light and hard to see we were not happy with that order at all but we decided to give them another chance this year to do some embroidery on some hats. They said they would have them done by the end of the week and that he would give us a call on Friday. They had the hats for seven days and did not call us on Friday like they said they would. So we go in on Monday to check on things and they are confused as to who we are and what our order was. Then we noticed our hats were in the same box that we dropped them off in sitting on the counter in the lobby no one touched them or started this order. No priority no communication and did not offer to give us the refund back for the initial 6 hats we wanted done before processing to the the entire lot of 20. read more

Went in to check out their prices. It's a small store front business. Reasonable prices for business cards. Not sure the quality but you buy 100 for $50 and reprints are $35. Tshirt printing is reasonable as long as you bring your own shirt. Seem to be a little expensive for brochures. Waiting on a call to see if the price is flexible. Customer service was cool. Unfortunately this business was given 3 chances to get one order right and couldn't. I was given a specific date for pick up and didn't hear from them for a while. A 10 turn around on an order ended up being a bit over 21 days. I was understanding of the delay myself, life happens, running a business is difficult and stressful at times. When I received my delivery the order was completey wrong as far as the sample I revised and approved. The color itself didn't match the sample that was physically shown to me in their showroom and the business card was a completely different design then the sample provided and approved. I was told that they no longer carried that brand tee, so perhaps that affected the color quality. (I wish I would have been informed before placing my order). I was given a deal on a second small order of stickers and unfortunately the stickers weren't any good. The end result of the stickers were the only thing they finally delivered on point. I'm disappointed in their business management. Communication, structure and a manager overlooking orders diligently would make this business shift direction into greatness. I can appreciate the space of the business and feel that a showroom definitely sets them apart from others, also complimentary water because the design time can be lengthy would be a plus. I'm all for supporting local business but I'll take my business elsewhere next time. read more
