I booked a cruise with iCruise / Arrivia and it has been nothing but pain since. First, I wanted to change my sailing date and iCruise lied blatantly and said outright No, you can't do that without 50 percent penality. I finally got Princess with them on a conference call saying it was fine with them, and iCruise still wouldn't do it. I spent hours and hours to get it to that point and they still lied. Next, iCruise has a 72 hour callback policy, so one can not just solve a problem with them. Instead, one leaves a message and they call back at their convenience. The 2nd big problem with iCruise is that they are being very deceptive about payments I've made to them. For this one cruise, not counting shore excursion, there are a dozen different charges to my credit card. And none of them agree with what they show on their website for my account. So, I now expect to be spending more hours trying to to work with someone at iCruise to understand where my money went. They have given me so much displeasure that I am now not looking forward to the Mediterranean cruise that I'm paying $10 K for. This company is a rip off and I'll be working with appropriate government agencies that regulate them to help ensure they stop ripping off consumers.
