I discovered, Catskill Cryo by chance and now I am a weekly regular. I've been intrigued by Cold plunges for a while and thought Cryo would be a great alternative. Now I see, Cold plunges as the alternative to Cryo (especially with Nitrogen Based treatment -which Sandy has!). My body feeling 10 years younger, my recovery time is quicker, inflammations gone, and my mental health is stronger. I credit a lot of it to weekly Cryo Treatments. It has been a blessing to find Catskill Cryo. I've been to over a dozen other locations around the county but nothing that compares. I also now do a monthly IV Treatment with extra Glutathione.

It is very clean and nicely decorated. Each room was spotless l, even the bathroom. The front desk person was very nice upon check in. I felt welcome right away. I booked a diamond facial with Stephanie, one of the nurses there. She was so thorough and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about products, skincare and prevention. She talked to me throughout the whole process and explained everything. The prices here aren't cheap but you get what you pay for here. The shop also sells a ton of Zo and Alassin products.
