I live and work in Queens, NY. I have a very busy life and demanding career. But if you are like me, someone who has lived the urban life for years... just the loud busy-ness, the traffic congestion, the financial expense, the rush and hustle... it'll start to get to ya after a while. I NEEDED this trip. Thank the Universe, it was amazing. As soon as I arrived, I could feel the stress being sucked right out of my body through my toes. Ahhhhh. Amazing. The air is clean. The mountains and the beauty of nature (i.e., ponds, plants, trees, hiking trails) surround you. I saw all kinds of animals that I would never see back home: two black bear, a family of wild turkeys, deer, chipmunks, little baby bunnies and a mommy bunny, a bat which somehow got into one of the buildings, all kinds of birds, and a little tiny mouse. :) I went swimming in the pool at the spa. I couldn't detect any chlorine, which was REALLY NICE (side note: NYC public/gym pools are overloaded with chlorine). I wonder if it was treated with salt water? Not sure, but it was a pleasure to swim in. So much fun! The spa is absolutely beautiful. I had an AMAZING massage by Sandra. So therapeutic. I also stayed in a lovely room. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Also, and more importantly, I slept like a baby. The bed and linens were super comfy. Downstairs, in the dining room, I enjoyed delicious vegan meals. Heavenly! I'm not sure if my experience was unique, or if the culture attracts the kind of people I met, but I actually became acquainted with some of the visitors. We stayed up one night until the wee hours of the morning laughing over a game of Taboo. I had such a great time! I almost wish I could live there. :)

Even back then he made myself (and my mother who goes to this practice as well) feel comfortable and reassured. I now live all the way out in Phoenix, Arizona but there was no one else I trusted more than Dr. Abraham to do this revision for me. Had an app in October 2023 for a medical Botox evaluation. I was told this could be done, they…read morewould submit to my insurances. I had an appointment for the end of November for the first shots. Called early in the week as I had heard nothing about insurance approval, was told it hadn't come through. Told someone would get back to me. never got a call back. Called in December was told it still hadn't come through. Called after the holidays and found out it was never submitted, and that they had(and lost) 2 insurance staff. Got a call from a staff member(who was not the insurance person) leaving me a message that didnt make sense. Found out she called for someone else. I asked the insurance person call me back so I could appeal the insurance company's decision. No return call. Called today (now at the end of January), to be told the Dr may not do Medical botox. And, that the PA had no right to tell me that they would( this was the reason I was referred there). Patty the Office Manager spoke over me and didn't listen, until I pointed this out. Waiting to hear if the Dr will even do the procedure. Not holding out a lot of hope.
