What A Great Place! As were driving down the street towards…read morethe Naples Botanical Garden, we passed a brewery and next to it was this small Mexican restaurant. How perfect. After our nature visit, we could stop for a beverage, then get a late lunch next door. Well let me tell you, this is legit authentic Mexican. We walked over from the brewery next door. There's a patio out front with tables and umbrellas, but it was scorchingly hot and we wanted to sit inside. Not too many tables as it's small, but one opened up for the three of us. A very polite server provided menus and took our drink orders. My daughter and I both had Micheladas. You can select what beer you want in the mix. I had Modelo Negro, my daughter selected Modelo Especial. My wife had a bottle of water. No tap water here, you need to buy the bottle. We studied the menu trying to decide what to get. Everything we could see others eating looked great and tacos seemed to be the popular meal. Our Micheladas came out and these were festive. Large mugs, rimmed with a pretty zippy tahin and pepper blend, filled with the beer and a slightly spicy tomato juice mix. Very flavorful. A something new for us was the addition of a tamarind straw. It's a plastic straw, covered with a sweet spicy tamarind blend. They actually call it candy. You use it to stir your drink and then nibble on the candy. What a great fun thing to add to a drink. By the way, the Michelada was excellent. I enjoyed licking the tajin seasoned rim with each sip, just like a salted rim on a margarita. Still studying the menu, we ordered the Choriqueso appetizer. The basket came out with fresh fried corn tortilla chips and a bowl of queso cheese with chorizo sausage crumbled into it. Runnier than most cheese dips we're used to, but enjoyable nonetheless. Finally we ordered our meals. Al Pastor Tacos for my wife, Chorizo and Steak Tacos and Quesabirria Quesadilla for my daughter and Caldo de Camaron for myself. In just a few minutes, our delights were delivered and the feast began. All of the meats in the tacos and quesadilla were excellent. Great flavors and no skimping on the meats. Onions, cilantro and self squeezed lime punched up the flavors. The quesabirria come with an au jus style dipping sauce that was perfect. My shrimp soup was spectacular. Easily shareable, but I accepted the challenge to eat this myself. Served with numerous warm tortillas, chopped onions, cilantro and lime, I put it all in. A very light yet flavorful broth and as the pic shows, loaded with flavorful shrimp. I enjoyed every spoonful. A wonderful soup. As with most authentic Mexican restaurants, you are made to feel that \you are their guest. They will never make you feel that you've overstayed and if you want your check, you just go to the register at the counter. Looking forward to our next trip there.

They do get pretty busy around lunchtime so sometimes there are no more seats available inside, but that's a testament to how good their food is. During cooler days, they have plenty more outdoor seating so finding a spot shouldn't be a problem. You can mix and match any tacos you want. They are smaller street tacos, so usually three is enough, but if you're really hungry you'll probably want 4.

The food was prepared in an open-air kitchen setting when you walk in the door which fills the entire space with the delicious smells of the Indian cuisine we all know and love. The packaging was all correct and generic with traditional thank you bags you'd expect from a regular restaurant. We ordered the Lamb Biryani, Butter Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Masala with 2 orders of garlic naan. The Lamb was adequately portioned and flavorful with the flavored basmati rice accompanying the lamb chunks. The Butter and Tikka Masala Chickens were both boneless chunks in plentiful and flavorful sauces. The naan bread was quite disappointing as it felt like a regular serving of pita bread with a couple of garlic cloves lightly roasted and thrown on top. That was a huge let down as I love dipping naan in different sauces. The staff seemed nice and I would entertain the idea of coming in for dine to see if the portion sizes would be a bit larger dining in person. The steep prices for what we received was my major concern with a 3-3.5 star rating. I believe they could be slightly adjusted to better match competition in the area.

She is passionate about her business, and even went to the Virgin Islands to learn some tips and tricks from a successful food truck in that area. She has a passion for making these delicious treats. All of her syrups are home made and you cannot get them anywhere else. My daughter didn't even let me talk. She ran up to the food truck and Tracey said she was a rainbow girl (how could she know lol) anyway, she was correct and within a minute or two she came out with this beautiful treat. All I can say is woahhhhh! Absolutely amazing, the flavors didn't taste sugary or overly processed. You can clearly tell these syrups are the real thing (real fruit juice and etc). She was so kind to give us some samples. The first one was blackberry. I do not like blackberry but I LOVED her blackberry ice. It tasted delicious but not overly sweet. Up next she gave us pineapple (my favorite fruit ever). It tasted like I bit into a pineapple. Actually, if someone spoon fed me this pineapple ice I wouldn't be able to tell if it was a real piece of pineapple or not. The pina colada was on point. Tasted so refreshing, this would be a good treat to take the the beach, or the pool. The dreamsticle is, well... just that, dreamy. It's served with vanilla ice cream, and an absolute delight. I'm coming back here over and over again. If you have kids bring them here!!!!

I love how many options they have as far as flavors and toppings. They have some really cute and creative names which is kind of confusing. We decided to do a small cup and share; good thing we did because it was huge! They have like 3 sizes above it too; all very reasonably priced. It was $5 for the small and I feel like we definitely got our money's worth. I noticed amongst all of the flavors that they have several fruit pulp based flavors and went with 3 of those since you get to pick up to 3 flavors. I chose the guanabana, mango and tamarind - all of which were very good. We also topped our icee with the popping bobas, which they forgot to put on top so she gave us a little cup of them when we asked. Overall, I would highly recommend this truck if you like icees or your looking for a truck to cater an event. It's a real hit! I wish it traveled to the Fort Lauderdale area to events here so I could get one of these treats more often!!
