These people have the nerve to leave reviews of their own business--this is like a dog licking its…read moreown ass. It is as despicable and dishonest as the interactions I had with them and the service they provided. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Rajni is an emotional, blithering cerebral insufficient, void of any logic and reasoning capacities. I took my car in for a specific repair to which I was quoted for and told that the issues were this this and this. Two hours, later, I received a call from Rajni, informing me that her mechanic found an additional problem which would cost more. Her mechanic told me that he would be finished with job at 5:30pm, and 5:30pm turned into 10:30am the following morning. I showed up the next morning to pick up my car, lo and behold, the mechanic was absent! Fiddling around beneath my car was another man who was not a mechanic, attempting to repair the car like putting pieces of a puzzle together--he looked like he had no clue as to what he was doing. I was told by a dismissive Rajni to come back in 2 hours. When I returned, the puzzled man was sitting, and NOTHING had been done to the car. Me being puzzled myself, inquired as to who he was and why the car wasn't done. She explained, "He's just trying to fix it. Come back on MONDAY (3 days later) and it will be finished." I let her know that I couldn't' do that because I need the use of my car the next day for commitments I made prior to coming to the shop. She then says that she'll get someone to do it (ANOTHER MECHANIC). Come back in a 2 more hours. Being a bit perturbed and feeling like I was being given the run around. After an hour had been spent, I passed by the shop, to see if any work had begun on the car. It did! So I gave it another 2 hours then returned to be told (a shake down) by the new mechanic working on the car, that he would get it done in a half hour and all I had to do was "take care of him." I said "okay no problem," and proceeded to ask Rajni to call me when the car is finished. She agreed, and said it would be done around 5:30pm. 5:45pm NO CALL FROM RAJNI! So, in natural fashion, I called her up and she said the car was finished. I took 10 minutes to get over there. When I did, I was so relieved to see the car was not up on the lift anymore and Rajni suggested a test drive. We both went to test it out, to which I regrettably found that the the initial problem was not fixed. We drove around for a bit, enough for her to agree that the issue was not repaired then returned to the shop and she had the nerve to suggest that the reason the issue is still there is because I was doing something I shouldn't be doing. I ignored her, and told her that I cannot pay her the full price for a repair because the issue was not repaired to which she started yelling and becoming hostile and belligerent. I proceeded to tell her that I will pay her half, and I will come back on Monday and get the repairs done provided that she can write it on a receipt. She refused and insisted that I pay her in full and refused my lessened offer. I told her she basically hijacked the use of my car for an entire day and on top of that didn't repair the problem. She proceeds to say that I am calling her a TERRORIST! (I AM SO NOT KIDDING! I HAVE IT ALL RECORDED UNBEKNOWNST TO HER). After having enough of Rajni's shenanigans, I decided to leave, to which she then got some of the other automatons that lurk and hang around the shop to get involved to which one of them threatened to find where I lived and come kill me! (I am not making this up!!!!) I later learned that that wheelchair bounded individual who made that remark was Raju ("the owner of the shop" and reviewer on here as Roger). She then decides to call the cops. I then thought to myself, "okay. I'm not going to leave because I don't want it to appear as theft." The Cops showed up, they heard both sides, and agreed that I was right, but it is a civil matter than needs to come to an agreement. I stuck to my lessened offer provided that Rajni writes up an honest receipt. She DID NOT OBLIGE and wrote a receipt that was obscure and dishonest and asked me to sign. I refused and proceed to edit. She vehemently grabbed the receipt book from my hands and set it back down. I reached over took the booklet back up and walked out to the police to which she followed me yelling behind me. I then, in front of the police, edited the receipt and left. There is much more to this but the gist I want every would be victim of this shop to get is STAY AWAY! I PAID $300 FOR A CAR THAT WASN'T REPAIRED and as I write this, I am afraid to go back on Monday to have start what they didn't finish. I am afraid they will sabotage the car by taking out the parts they put in etc. STAY AWAY!

I negotiated to the best of my ability because I was very specific with the car I was looking for. At the end, I was pleased with the experience. Pro: - No hassle - went above and beyond. - Amir made sure I ordered the missing part he promised even after the sale. - Travis made sure I got all the paperwork I needed to do registration outside of NY. I was in and out of NJ DMV in less than 30 min because I had all the paperwork and they even coached me on what to do. - car was in good mechanical condition. Con: - price negotiations. Even after agreeing with the price, they kept tacking on small price increases. You need to know this before walking in and making a deal so can make sure they don't do it. - they need to hire a better detailer. They honestly suck. I would have done a better job. Also, this is a used car dealer. You need to know what you're buying and set reasonable expectations. If it doesn't meet your needs, just walk away.

I was told that they never do test drives that late. I was also told that the people answering the calls and arranging the appointments are not directly affiliated with the company and don't know what they're talking about. There was also a $6K increase between what was advertised on CARFAX and the actual price. Someone over the phone also tried to pressure me to begin the finance process before I even saw the car. I called the next day to file a complaint, but I'm sure if the person I spoke with was actually a manager based on what I was told about who is answering the phone.
