True story - I spoke to Mike on a Monday morning. Told him what we were looking for, he made some recommendations, we did some research and emailed him what car we decided on Tues morning. We called some car insurance companies for quotes, and Mike got us the paperwork for that car on the same day. A little back and forth with the paperwork, and our car was delivered to our door Wed afternoon. Like that was it - spoke to Mike on Monday morning, sent him a thank you email by Wed afternoon. He was professional, helpful, responsive, and just made the whole thing a breeze! It really was unbelievable. Everyone should do their job like this!

Got car home and found it had been completely misrepresented. His eBay listing stated, "The body and paint are excellent." Rocker panels are completely rusted away - $2700 to repair. He also stated, "ALL VEHILCES ARE CHECKED BY OUR SHOP AND TEST DRIVEN...". Car failed NYS safety and emissions inspection. All warning lights are disabled. Multiple diagnostic codes found. Multiple $1000's to diagnose and repair. Rear brakes metal-on-metal. Paid $5250 for the car. Looking like at least $5000 in repairs needed just to register the car. Will not return multiple emails, text and phone call. He has good local reviews (probably friends and relatives). All non-local reviews are horrible! Beware!

When I spoke with Dave over the phone and via email it was clear that he knew exactly what was needed and how to get the car registered as quickly as possible. It was a relief to know that I wouldn't be risking wasting more time by showing up at the DMV with missing documents, etc. DMV Stop told me exactly what documents were needed, provided a FedEx label to send the docs, reviewed what I sent to make sure everything was in order, and from the time they received everything it was only eight days until we received our plates in hand.
