They have everything you need and could want for your computing needs. It's overwhelming with so many choices to chose from. We walked around trying to find the computer case. Lots and lots of cases. That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. Then he asked if we wanted help getting all the parts. We said Yes! He was great, he took our buggy and took off and got everything on our list. I would say above and beyond what we expected. He had everything at the checkout counter for us. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Micro Center for all your Computer needs. Someone from this store needs to call me TODAY…read more Back in April, I bought an iPad Air. It wasn't a good fit for me so I took it back. It took forever for the return to happen. I get it. I thought nothing of it. Now here we are 4 months later and I am still paying the device payment plan for it, and the monthly service fee for it. I've had both AT&T and Best Buy on the line together no fewer than 2 times to resolve the issue. I spent hours on the phone with AT&T. The conclusion? As part of the refund process, it is on Best Buy to cancel out the Device Payment Plan that is linked to the device. They didn't. AT&T has nothing on their records showing that this process has taken place. Now I'm on the phone with AT&T. Kevin and Imrant at Best Buy, who is a specialist for things regarding issues with communication between Best Buy and AT&T is stalling me to talk to someone to get this resolved. This has been 4 months. My only recommendation is that if you have to do ANYTHING with a carrier avoid Best Buy I hear horror stories all the time and figured "It's an iPad, surely they can ring it up" then "Surely they can handle a return.".

BACK UP EVERYTHING half the computers I've taken here came back with the hard drives wiped clean. The other half got lost & he doesn't seem motivated to do anything about that. 2. Call before visiting. some shops would call you if there's been a delay. Most will call or email when the work is done. That's not Jimmy's style, so if he told you it would be ready last week, save yourself a trip by calling to make sure. 3. don't bring the charging cable. he's got plenty that will work with most devices & will probably lose yours anyway. 4. be patient James doesn't have a great short term memory & may ask several times what your name is & what brand your computer was & what he was doing to it. maybe put the important info on a notecard affixed to the device. large print. 5. inspect the device before leaving with it. did he put all the screws back in? does it boot up? this could save you a trip or two. 6. Try it yourself first. there are probably a few videos online that explain what you need done. DON'T UNDERESTIMATE YOURSELF! you can do hard things well. if you get stuck or don't have the time, Jimmy's got you. 7. make your device unique Jimmy's got a dozen stacks of silver & black laptops & tablets. put stickers on yours or paint a corner with nail polish. bring it in a neon green box or something.
