I have always had a cheerful interaction with ICCU, I had a car loan with them that was always easy to work with online or on the off chance I had to call in. I appreciated having live agents to video chat and perks like skip a payment at various times. (Make your car payments on time.) I have an account with Navy Federal Credit Union as well and the ATM's I visit accept my deposits so I can have access to money (cash) that's given to me which needs to go to into my account as there aren't any branches even remotely nearby! It's easy to do your banking there with your debit card in a branch. Kind of makes life easy to just walk in and have that option available. Overall, pay your bill on time, don't overdraft your account(s), and open your mail from them and all should be smooth sailing. If you finance a used car and have good enough credit, it is my recommendation to take them as a lender. I recommend them 100% and would choose them again for a loan! Thanks ICCU! read more

They're okay. I usually like the customer service- except on weekends. Or if you have a full-time job during banking hours, then you're kind of screwed (I used to work 9-6 and could never go into the bank because they are closed on weekends... which absolutely sucks). It's a Sunday afternoon and I just tried to put some cash into the ATM. The ATM malfunctioned and took half of my money and confiscated my debit card. I called Idaho Central but the department I need doesn't work on the weekends (of course). I wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to get help- not how I want to spend my Sunday. I'm just hoping that I can get my money and card back. I can't even go to another ATM now because I don't have my debit card. It just really sucks that they can't help anybody outside of corporate hours. Especially when the weekends are the times that you have available to call the bank and get things situated. We'll see how this ATM fiasco pans out.... This has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm thinking this bank is only good for savings accounts :/ read more

I had given them a 5 star, but have to lower it to 1 star, after their bill payment service screwed up my rent payment. I got a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit as my rent never got to the landlord. I also received a bill for $110 in late fees, and ICCU refused to pay those fees, even though they acknowledge my rent check was still in Oklahoma on the 15th, there is no guarantee. Lost in the mail, SOL. Lesson learned, do not use ICCU bill payment for any important items like rent that must be there on time. DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. read more

I will be changing banks after a big financial error. Where they wrote a cashiers check on my saving account that was not my transaction. Let's just say the next person in-line after me got a real winning deal that day. Until I found the error days later. Inexcusable. Because of The amount of the transaction this should of never of happened. read more
