We accidentally blew a fuse on a portable stove and was referred by family to get it here. The store has a dedicated parking lot plus plenty of street parking so we were in and out in a jiff. We were greeted right away but they didn't have the fuse in stock. No fear though, he listened to what we needed and was able to improvise to make "pigtails" on an existing fuse so it could be soldered to the board. They provided the worst customer service experience I have ever received…read more I've been a avid customer for almost 30 years. ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY AGAIN! Over the last 3 days I've purchased 7 items from Best buy online, all black Friday deals, all with my best buy credit card. Most of the item were in store pick ups. I hadn't picked any of it up. Only one item had a payment plan of 12 month 0% financing. I called customer service to ask if they could consolidate the other 6 purchases to exceed the $499 and get the 18 month 0% financing. The foreign agent misunderstood and canceled all purchases. Unfortunately the item with the 12 month financing was no longer on sale for $299 but now was $524. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours and they were never able to fix there mistake.
