I have been using this company for over 3 years and every time the service is awful! I place an…read moreorder, they tell me it'll be ready in 2 weeks, then 2+ months later I finally get my order! One time they didn't cure the shirts long enough and the ink washed out. The next time they said my shirts would be ready in 10-14 days, then left on vacation for 2 weeks and didn't start the shirts for a couple weeks after they got back. This last time they had my order and shirts for 2 months before telling me they couldn't even do it because the type of shirt, which is the same shirt they've been printing on for the last 3 years. This was the last straw... I will never do business with them again. They are the worst at communicating, customer service is extremely rude, and they take no responsibility for their actions.
