I have been using this company for over 3 years and every time the service is awful! I place an…read moreorder, they tell me it'll be ready in 2 weeks, then 2+ months later I finally get my order! One time they didn't cure the shirts long enough and the ink washed out. The next time they said my shirts would be ready in 10-14 days, then left on vacation for 2 weeks and didn't start the shirts for a couple weeks after they got back. This last time they had my order and shirts for 2 months before telling me they couldn't even do it because the type of shirt, which is the same shirt they've been printing on for the last 3 years. This was the last straw... I will never do business with them again. They are the worst at communicating, customer service is extremely rude, and they take no responsibility for their actions. Stay away from this place!!
