Now I have to text when I arrive and sit in my vehicle for 10-20 minutes waiting for them. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but have rarely looked at their website as of late because it is inconvenient to pickup in-person and their communication is mediocre at best.

He said the fan controls do not usually have a problem with working together that we experience. At first, it seemed like they just would not work. So, he got creative and found a fix that allowed both sets of controls to work together. He also took time to adjust one of the fans to correct a clicking noise it made when running on high. I was really impressed with how responsive Nick was and how he handled the problems.

Christopher was fantastic at assisting us in finding replacement items for each room of our new home, patiently looking at photos and researching the website alongside us to find better deals that fit our vision. Once we had finally narrowed things down, he even climbed a ladder to replace some bulbs to show us different lighting options inside the sconces we had chosen. Nothing has arrived yet, so we can't speak to the products themselves within our home, but the purchase process was smooth and low-pressure, with Christopher cracking jokes and keeping what could have been a stressful furnishing experience "light" (pun intended).
