Crap customer service. I bought a Nitecore D4 charger from them thinking it could charge 4 26650 batteries like the ad says. Didn't think there would be problems since I already have an i2 and I just wanted two extra charge bays and a digital display. The bays in the i2 are almost double the size. The crap D4 can only hold ONE 26650 PROPERLY. The other fits just so at an angle, blocking two other ports, easily coming out of contact with charging pins. This is an 18650 charger!!! After sharing my concerns with Eric, he assumes I'm retarded and gives me instructions on how to place the batteries. Then after confirming that it still doesn't work, he says that on the manufacturers website it lists that you may not be able to use all bays with some batteries. Yeah well it didn't say that on YOUR WEBSITE. This is not the customers fault you moron! I even gave him options. Pay for a return shipping slip and I'll buy the D2 instead. He wouldn't budge, asking me to send pictures using Imgur? Why can't I send them to you in an attachment through email? Obviously to discourage customers in getting a refund and it worked. I don't have the patience to deal with garbage people. You can have the money, but you lost a potential repeat customer, you dumb dumbs. Buy from Amazon if you can. I wanted to get some new lights (one specific Olight model + others that I really dont need...I'm a flashaholic) before the weekend. Upon reading other reviews, I decided to email the store to make sure that they had the model I was looking for in-stock and that they'd open at noon (since I was driving 30 minutes in on my lunch break). They had it in-stock, so I made the trek. I arrived at 12:20 (gave some leeway)...sign on door read "closed", interior lights were off, and the door was locked. I called the store, no answer. I emailed and asked if someone was coming in soon. Got a response at 12:30 that said, "yes, come in". I walk up to find the sign changed, door unlocked and lights on. Opening 30 minutes late...not a good start. The first guy that helped me was nice and allowed me to play with all of the toys (they have everything out for you to handle!). Within 10 minutes or so, the owners showed up. I dealt with Calvin who was knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Ended up leaving with a few lights, batteries, and accessories. Moral of the story: I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Great prices, easy location, helpful staff...but EMPLOYEE PUNCTUALITY would make this a 5 star shop! read more

I have been buying batteries from this place for a while, and for the most part it has been seamless. Recently, I went to their shop and bought a few items, one of which was a battery charger. I got home and it ended up faulty. I emailed them for support, which they answered with a battery of questions. I answered, then have not heard from them since, this was on 03/07/14. On 05/19/14 I got an email from them apologizing for letting my request "fall through" and that they would resolve the issue that day. It is now the end of the week and still nothing. Initially, I really liked dealing with them, their pricing is awesome but their customer service definitely needs work. I just hope that future customers don't experience what I have experienced. I have been in their store several times. In the first time, Calvin, must have spent close to an hour with me showing me all the cool flashlights and different type of batteries in their store. It was like a candy store. You can go in and play with the flashlights of all kinds, small to BIG. This is a cool place to check out before you buy.
