Absolute joke. Was told over phone I needed to come in for appointment to get quote for crown bc Doctor may not have tool. Weird. I show up for appointment and Doctor said he needs clearance from surgeon that did tooth implant is reintegrated and to know what brand of implant. I asked "Why am I even here? You wasted my day by now telling me you need clearance and to know if you have tool and now you want surgeon to clear integration. Why dont you do it that's what I am here?" They 3rd party surgeons so they aren't able to do it on their own. Save yourself the trouble and don't deal with this clown show. read more

It's been a long time since I've done a review, but after going online filling out all of the paperwork scheduling time off from work receiving the notification that my appointment had been scheduled. I show up 30 minutes early only to be told that I'm not in the system not sure how that's even possible when I have an email from your own system verifying that the appointment has been scheduled now I'm old-school so when these type of things can't even be done right that's not a person you want playing around in your mouth. Usually I trust the reviews and would never go anywhere with this low of a score but against my better judgment I ended up here anyway and I paid for it. I was seeking a dental evaluation with Ideal Dental Keller. The procedure was pretty drastic. Dentist told me three of my teeth would eventually have cavities and he would recommend that he extract them and ideal dental will order partials and I would have to ware dentures. I was charged over 1900.00 dollars on my credit card. After careful consideration I told them I did not want to proceed. I informed them of these a week later and ideal dental Keller kept putting my on hold when I would call back since i did not see amount to be returned on my credit card. This went on for Six Weeks mind you. I called again for six week until I finally was exhausted to the point of calling Chase Bank and filing a dispute on my credit card. read more

Terrible! These crooks were trying to convince me to come out of pocket in the amount of 3k for a standard teeth cleaning! It's seems like this staff works on commission and was trying aggressively to get me to sign up for services that were not needed! The dingy billing girl comes out with a treatment plan telling me my son needed extensive teeth cleaning because he has not been in years. I told the dingy hygienist that my son HAS been to get teeth cleaning but he has not been there! The dingy dentist told me that my teeth and my sons teeth were fine however the hygienist comes back to tell me something completely different! THEN THEY SAY EACH PROVIDER HAS THEIR OWN RECOMMENDATIONS! Aren't they supposed to be on the same page! Unbelievable! I will NEVER go back to this ghetto dentist office! On Monday, 02/03/25 I went to Ideal Dental in Keller because I was having tooth pain and my tooth was broken. The first thing that happened in the office was they took many x-rays of my whole mouth. Then a dental hygienist came in and told me treatments that I should have. Finally, I got to see the dentist and he told me how bad my two teeth were and how I needed to have them pulled and how I needed to have other treatments done to other teeth in my mouth.All in all it was going to cost me around $3000. They of course maxed out my Medicare benefit by taking all the x-rays. This was on a Monday. On Tuesday evening, my mouth really started hurting. By Wednesday 02/05/25, it was so bad I could hardly move. Nerve pain combined with infection is what I diagnosed myself. I called the dental office at 2pm on Wednesday to see what I could do to help the pain. Apparently they had already left for the day because I got an answer machine. I called again at 3 and got the same message. I left a message that I was having pain. The recording told me I was calling after hours or that they were busy with another patient. Then it said if I was having a dental emergency to call 911. What? Call an ambulance for a toothache? I called again on Thursday morning several times- same recording. I had left several messages that I was having pain. No one ever called me back. On Tuesday at 2:12 PM I canceled my Thursday appointment to have my teeth pulled since I had found another dentist.This time I actually talked to a real person who asked me how to spell my name. On Thursday morning I finally got a call telling me I missed my appointment! No kidding. This office needs to be closed down. I found another dentist- difference is night/day. He's taking good care of me. I told the Office Manager of my experience with the first office and she was shocked. I am so concerned about this horrific treatment of me. Worst experience ever. Please don't go here. My son is on braces for the past three years and he was suppose to get his braces for only 14 months. The Ortho does not care about it. They only schedule you one day in two to three months and maybe one to two time slots and if u can't make it, they will not schedule him until another month or two. Also, if something goes wrong and the bracket brakes or pain in the teeth just make sure they won't care, you will still have to wait for the next appointment which is probably two months away. Complete waste of time. 17k into treatment they've done nothing for me. I have several missing teeth teeth now that they've done their "work." Including one toothe crown that lasted less than 12 hours and an endodontistist that cannot tell his sphincter from sucking quicksand. A waste of time and money. These guys are nothing more than recent grads from dental school who are experimenting on you. Spend your money wisely unlike me and get care from a reputable dentist. Will save you tons. I went here after being unable to go to regular dentist due to insurance changes. First, let me state the hygienist, YaYa, was amazing, personable, and kind. Dr. Ma, however, pushes for "preventative fillings" and can't quite explain why a person with a history of 2 cavities and good dental hygiene practices needs to have all 12 molars drilled due to "natural deep crevices in the teeth." She just likes to be "cautious." When I gave her push back, she was cold, but polite. Folks, this is one of those dentists that will look out for her bottom line, not your health. Beware. read more

I went to this location originally when it was Milestone Dental, and I never returned under that business name for the same reason I won't return under this business name. I wonder if they're connected? The scam is the same . . . they basically quoted me for every single possible dental procedure they could do, and refused to clean my teeth because I didn't want to pay extra for a special rinse they *insisted* had to be done in order to clean them. Unfortunately I have moved around for the past few years. So when I got the call from my dentist half a country away that it was time for a cleaning, I knew I had to find a new dentist (yet again). I ended up at Ideal Dental under the care of Dr. Basta. And everything went swell! Even if she probably thinks I eat too much candy! I promise I'm keto most days... I am a morning person and I was amazed at how early they were open. The dental hygienist extraordinaire Bridget also rocks! That may have been the least painful cleaning I've ever gotten. And I've been around the world for my dentistry. The only negative part seemed to be there were a lot of small issues with equipment. Everything would eventually work, but perhaps not on the first try. This may be standard for a dental office that uses such fancy toys, but I had never experienced that before. read more

I finally gave up on Ideal Dentistry in Keller. I just paid another 2600.00 to the amazing Dr Kim and the staff at Lifetime Dentistry just maybe a mile from this dog and pony show. I no longer look like the beaver at Buc-cee. And to make matters worse, after being told that they would repair or replace the ugly teeth they put in my mouth at no further cost, I received a bill for over 800.00 2 days after I had those ugly teeth removed. One of them not only fell out again, ( now 4 times in less than 2 years) it broke in half. And they have refused to give me my records. I know no I can go to the state board and report them for this. I've been very pleased with Milestone Dental thus far. I went in knowing that I needed some work at 5pm on Friday and after the initial examination and diagnostic, Dr. Norris went ahead and did a root canal right then (I needed it!). My tooth was so painful when exposed to cold and now it feels great! I have to go back for my permanent crown but I'm actually looking forward to getting all the work completed! My wife went back two days later and got a cleaning and 4 fillings all after 5pm! Dr. Norris is very nice and friendly and all the staff, Victoria and Ronnie especially, are very kind and helpful too. I don't see a reason why we won't become recurring patients of Dr. Norris and Milestone Dental. read more

I would not visit this dentist again. Although the staff was very friendly, the billing made me uncomfortable. Apparently I needed so much dental work that the dentist didn't want to provide me with a estimate of the entire treatment because it can "scare the patient". Would only give me the amount a quandrent at a time... I'm like, wait, if I need to plan for a major purchase, I need to know the cost, right?! Then I asked for my x-rays to be sent to me so I could get a second opinion. That took three requests before I was able to get a copy, and the only reason they disclosed them was because I was standing in the office waiting for the email to come through! Jeez! Where do I begin... I've been coming to this office for 4yrs and I honestly can't think of 1 positive thing to say. I'd hate to say anything ugly, but... save your time and your money and find a different place. From the office experience(front girl is sweet but always appears nervous when she's ready to discuss payment) to billing(billing has not made a lot of sense) i work in health billing so it should make sense to me... to misplacing crown for a long time to redoing dental work because of an issue(that somehow I ended up paying for) it feel like it's a never ending cycle with them. I've had other hygienist but one one compares to Bridget. ALWAYS ASK FOR BRIDGET! I will say when it comes to their billing, I've had to call them and have them make corrections, just keep tabs and your receipts. Wish they had better billing dept. And make sure you KNOW what treatment you need to get. ASK QUESTIONS. Example, had the dentist tell me I needed new filling. I explained I just had one roughly 8-9 months ago. I was right, the filling was on my X-ray and I told the dentist to look at my old records. Because fillings are "guaranteed for 2 yrs". I went to this location and I was so pleased!!! I felt good as soon as I entered the location. I was greeted by the two receptionist at the front, who I might add verified all of my information before my Appt. I was greeted by the dental technician and she explained everything that was going to happen on that day. As I waited I was so happy to see a t.v. which helped calm my nerves. Then Dr. C came in made me feel even more comfortable. Dr C. did the exam and explained what I needed and made sure I understood everything that was explained. The last time I went in for an an appointment, I sat in the lobby for 25 minutes (I timed it) before one of the technicians calls me to the back just to tell me that my bridge had not arrived yet. Ironically, it was supposed to have been a "rush order" since it was the 3rd attempt to get a properly fitting bridge spread out over 2+ months. Couple that with constant issues with poorly-applied temporary bridges/crowns/whatever (one popped off literally 45 minutes after I left the dentists' chair) & you have one very unhappy customer. Now that it has finally been delivered, I'm stuck waiting *another* two weeks to be seen since apparently these people only have open times either when I'm out of town or working. I've already paid for the bridge so I guess I'm stuck with them for that, but this will be the last procedure I trust Milestone Dental with. I'm very unhappy with the whole experience. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I do not like going. Only went this time due to a broken tooth emergency. But was treated with such warmth and compassion that I felt like part of the family there. Yes I needed a lot of work done. Yes my teeth are bad. Yes I do not brush or floss as often as I should. But I do not feel as though I was judged or shunned in the least bit. The doctor got a game plan together immediately. Without any lectures or hesitation. i knew exactly what needed to be done and when. His name was dr Danny Nguyen, I love him. He even told me he was gonna help me like dentists again. And he was right! Tameaka, Bridgette, dr Norris, and actually the entire staff were great, they all just made lasting impressions. I truly appreciate the way I was treated. I felt like my business was appreciated as well. I will be going back as I should for my cleanings and check ups! For the first time ever in my 46 years! I am so sick of going back to the dentist because of there shotty work and cheap filling material they use that I now have to pay out of pocket for fillings from another that will actually stay in!! This place is extremely pushy. The dentist said that it's recommend to put caps on my molars to prevent cavities and I've never had one in my life! When I turn it down she says okay and proceeds to tel the ortho that I wanted caps put on. Well thank goodness she HEARD me say no and asked me again to be sure before putting them on. It would've nearly costed $200. And then when I was leaving the front desk asked when I'd like to set up my next appt I proceeded to say I didn't want too (made up an excuse of I don't have time) and then she proceeded to say "well I'll just book it for a random day and if you can't make it you can call." I got my braces done here, and the experience was fine. But then I wanted to keep going there for teeth cleanings, and they scheduled and canceled three appointment times in a row because they either double-booked or had some other issue. I have a very busy job, and I don't have time to keep moving meetings to accommodate dental appointments that keep getting canceled, so I decided I would only ask for evening or weekend appointments. But the only dentist that takes DHMO insurance is only available from 10-2 during the week. What a mess. I won't be going there again. read more
