The staff is unorganized and unprepared. Each time I have gone, I have been told something different. They promised to keep working with my teeth until I have the smile I want, but ever since I was paid in full, their service has gone down significantly. Ideal dental seems to have no clear plan, no communication, and every employee and dentist tells me something different. I would not recommend ideal dental, especially for such an expensive treatment as Invisalign. You will be better off spending your money elsewhere read more

Horrible service I cracked two teeth and needed crowns on them. Took them an hour to finally start, because who cares about starting at the time the appointment is scheduled. They are finally working on my teeth and the whole office with the exception of one dental assistant go home including my dentist. So the dental assistant finishes installing my temporary crowns and I go home. That night the other side of my mouth starts hurting by the next afternoon mt mouth is throbbing it feels like my teeth on the side they just worked on are not touching at all and the other side is taking a beating while I chew. So I go back in dentist doesn't even look at the two temporary crowns, which she didn't install but delegated down, and focuses on the teeth they didn't have any work done on them. It's like the only thing that happened was your office installing crowns. Avoid this place if you can! read more

First off I would like to say the office staff, dental assistants and the dental hygienist have been nothing but kind and for the most part attentive. Very sweet ladies! HOWEVER last time I left very upset ( I waited almost an hour after my scheduled appmt time for something that was only gonna take 5 mins and was still not taken care of I had decided just to leave) and was hoping for this time to be much better and now I'm probably more upset then the last time I left. The first dentist I encountered was rude and very un welcoming and today I saw a new dentist and I thought oh yay a new lady ( way nicer then the other one ) it was all good until I left with a rash on my face due to the dentist dropping whatever she dropped on my face and I knew something was burning my lips and by my chin area so I kept wiping away at whatever was discomforting and when I got up and looked in the mirror I could tell that my skin was irritated but it's not till I get home and see that I'm actually missing a piece of skin LOL RIDICULOUS( looks like a rash and was not there before my appointment). read more

I went here to get dentures and get some teeth extracted cuz they were all rotting out so they took an imprint on my mouth for my dentures with my teeth in before they had pulled them this happened in December then I went back in January and had all my teeth pulled out they placed the dentures in my mouth or I would have teeth and they said everything would be covered by my insurance well my insurance didn't cover it because you're supposed to pull my teeth before you apply for the dentures so now they're wanting me to pay for a pair of dentures that don't even fit me correctly that are uneven it is now may and I still can't eat correctly and I still don't have any new false teeth it was supposed to be getting me a new pair but now they're telling me I owe them money because my insurance didn't cover it because of the way they did the Insurance claim it was my mistake I should have never gone here I don't know what I'm going to do I guess go to another place to get correct dentures because this place doesn't know how to fix your mouth at all and then they tell you everything is your fault that is your fault the insurance didn't cover it that you signed a paper stating that you're going to pay for it but yeah I signed a paper stating I was going to pay for it because my insurance is supposed to cover it if you did it correctly and you didn't do it correctly you put in for my dentures first and then my extractions which clearly states that you shouldn't have done it that away your business you should have known how to file it so I would never recommend this place ever to anyone very dissatisfied with it they get rude with you on the phone they leave me nasty messages and send you a letter stating that they're going to see you within 10 days if you don't get back in touch with them from money that I owe them for dentures that don't even fit. read more

I went in with a broken tooth and infection. This place is awesome very relaxed and not in a rush. They were a friendly group and made me feel at home. The wait was short and they got right to me. This office is very clean. Four hours later I left with the same broken tooth and infection that I came in with. But they had a complete plan to extract my lower teeth later in December and a cost estimate. Pricey but not unreasonable for the work to be done. I prepaid some of the upcoming cost. But the infection would not wait and I later became very ill. My husband rushed me to my original dentist and she went right for this infection. I notified this office that my dental work would be done elsewhere and could I get a refund. These folks were awesome and refunded my money right away and extended their services to me for the future. I will return as I still have my upper teeth and I would recommend this dentist to others. read more

Do not make the same mistake we did!!! Take your child to a pediatric dentist. I wanted to take my 4 year old here because we received a coupon in the mail so I called to make sure they see pediatric patients. I was told they do see pediatric patients all the time so I felt comfortable taking my son there. The dentist took too long to try and complete the procedure all while only using laughing gas and was unable to finish in a timely manner. This has left my son emotionally and physically damaged as well as our family financially burdened due to ongoing issues. Spend the extra money to see someone who is qualified and has the experience working with pediatric patients. read more

I want to start off by saying I usually don't do reviews. However, I felt this one needed one. I gave this place a 1 just simply based on the techs friendliness. These people are all about money as few others mentioned, and are NOT competitively priced. I'm sorry, just because this is "Kyle" & a growing upscale suburban city, don't try and charge like it's California! Austin is cheaper than this! I went in for extractions, and with GREAT ins benefits, was quoted more than 2 grand for 2 extractions. They also stated I HAD TO be sedated for this. UM NO, I don't, just because you want to charge me ridiculous fees! Every procedure code they had was the highest they could charge, to include the extractions of my only 2 wisdom teeth. Not 4. I went to Parkside Endodontics and was charged the LOWEST fees for extractions nd didn't need sedation, just local anesthesia! $170 TOTAL for 2 extractions out the door! Even with sedation, HAD I WANTED IT, would've been less than $400. For general dentist, TRULY REASONABLY priced location, go to River Rock Dental Southpark Meadows. Little drive, worth your time. Also to mention, I had ppo Ins and being a new patient to Ideal you get free teeth whitening as advertised, NOPE didn't get that at the least! Will never recommend this place nor return. Well my last review was deleted so let me leave another. This place is not a family friendly office. They will tell you they accept children but the "dentist" is not experienced with children. They don't understand that without any liquid anesthesia/ only gas, a 4 year old cannot hold their mouth open for an hour and 15 mins while the inexperienced "dentist" tries to complete their work. They will not accept responsibility for anything that happens after including emergency room visits and then tooth extraction. I should have listen to my gut and ran away with my poor son who will never forget what happened to him. They also do not treat their medical records like they should and make up information and also leave out important information. When asked they will tell you they will not longer communicate with you. Take your child to a dentist who is specialized in pediatric patients. If I can deter one parent from allowing them to harm your child then I have succeeded. DO NOT go to this money hungry office. read more
