I'm done with this place and the terrible customer service. I chipped my front tooth. I called to see if I could get an appointment to fix the tooth. I was told I would have to make TWO appointments--one for an exam and then one for the procedure. I asked if I could schedule both for the same day, so I didn't have to take two days off of work. They said yes, they could schedule me for an extra-long appointment, but it meant I would have to schedule two weeks out. I waited two weeks with a chipped tooth and came in. You can probably guess what happened. They took ONE photo of my tooth and told me I had a "really hard decision to make" on whether or not to fix it and I should probably "sleep on it." When I said "No, I want my tooth fixed" they reluctantly admitted they just didn't have time to do it that day. What's more, they then admitted that they NEVER actually scheduled an "extra-long appointment" and that entire promise was just a lie. Also, the "exam" they did (taking one photo of my tooth) meant that I had met my insurance's exam quota for the year, so I wouldn't be able to come in to get a cleaning for the ENTIRE year of 2025 (it is barely May). I am an attorney. I believe this is textbook "bait and switch," potential DTPA violations, as well as potential insurance fraud, and I hope they have good representation. Because if they continue to operate like this, they're probably going to get sued. Oh and also? I went to another dentist to look at the past work Vue had done on my teeth and they said it was "very poorly done" and needed to be fixed. So...the quality doesn't seem to be there either. Look for other dentists in Kyle. There are a lot cropping up now that can probably figure out how to run an appointment system and won't just churn and burn your insurance. read more

We had an incident recently that involved CVS Pharmacy and the review I gave for Vue Dental ended up really not applying to them but should have gone to the Pharmacy. Dr. Patel gave great care and there was confusion at the pharmacy for the drug and what doctor the prescription applied to. CVS had experienced a shutdown of their computer system, but the prescription was sent via phone and they never checked the voice messages in time to provide the prescription from the right doctor (Dentist) for me to have before the weekend. At any rate, it got cleared up and I have to say Dr. Patel expressed her apologies for the confusion (not her fault, but she did heavily apologize) and promised there would be a change in providing prescriptions in the future for dental patients. I never had a complaint about the services she had provided me, it was just one of those mistakes that becomes a snowball of mistakes and not the Dentist nor the Clinic's fault. I appreciate the sincerity. Yes, I will still go to Vue Dental for as long as I have teeth that need attention and care. read more

I have been to a lot of dentist office over the years and I understand mistakes happen but this place gave no regard and no answer why someone just canceled my appointment they had no empathy on how I was feeling. They truly didn't care. The lady upfront even said when I'm gone, they don't know what they're doing so someone just canceled my appointment with no reason when I took off work for this used time I barely had. They didn't even attempt to try to work me in when I asked to speak to the doctor. They told me she doesn't speak to patients which this doctor had very good bedside manner and I don't take it that she would say something like that I wouldnt think she wouldn't speak to me. I worked for an oral surgeon office so I get how busy business can be but she treated me along with the other gentleman behind her like oh well just to get schedule another time when I'm clearly in pain I would never recommend anyone to this doctor office and I have a lot of contact in the oral surgeon Field it wasn't that they couldn't see me. As far as dentist go, I have always had a problem finding a dentist that I feel comfortable with. Well after dealing with a decayed wisdom tooth, I look everywhere to find a reliable dentist to pull it. VUE dental came through, they started with a cleaning and check up, then was able to remove the rest of the wisdom tooth. Then to follow up with a cleaning several months later, I had my toddler with me who was being on the fussy side. I felt so horrible because I could not find a sitter for him. Not only did VUE dental make me comfortable with him their, they made sure to calm him by putting on coco melon to keep him occupied. They offered him a juice, a ball, a cookie to allow me to get my cleaning without him being fussy. As of mom of 3, this made me want to cry tears of thank you's! They were so understanding and supportive of me and my little boy. My husband who also fears the dentist was like can you please get me with in them, I need a good checkup and cleaning. Staff is kind, helpful, and is willing to work with you when it comes to payments. If you need a local dentist, would highly recommend. read more

Don't go to Vue dental in kyle Texas. They give you a price then you get there and charge you for more!!!! Be careful they tell you they need to do more things for example my Grandson needed a dental cleaning only they wanted us to do x-rays I told them I had just paid for X-rays a month ago in Austin because the next week he is going to a dental surgery to do work on a tooth and he is currently seeing orthodontist in Austin also. There are not enough stars I can give Vue Dental for doing an amazing job and providing me with the absolutely best first experience! On my first visit,I was given a warm welcome and everyone was so kind and reassuring through the whole process! I then scheduled to get my wisdom teeth extracted and it all went very smoothly and they talked me through the entire process and providing a very comfortable smooth procedure. I was offered a stress ball to deal with my anxiety and overall just made me feel 1000x better than when I first walked in. Now that I am post-op I have had such a smooth experience and I even got a call first thing this morning to check-in on me. This was my first time at this Dental Office. I have to say the staff was super nice, courteous, friendly, professional. BUT....OMG....I went there just for a cleaning, thinking I would be there one hour, hour fifteen minutes at most! They took so many pictures, x-rays, scans, and more pictures, you name it, they did it. I had to finally tell them I had to be to work soon! I will not be going back, they are overkill with all kinds of images. I feel like they take advantage of making sure they charge your insurance for every single type of image they possibly can on your first visit. I understand they need some x-rays so they can assess your needs but this was over the top! My appointment was at 12 and at 1:15 I had to tell them I just need my teeth cleaned! The information was not clear about what services would be necessary and rendered . After going back for a second opinion I went for the first appointment and then I got a call the night before the second appointment advising that the doctor had covid! Totally crushed as I had been exposed and my mother is immune compromised. It's also frustrating as I had to leave the area to go back to college. This leaves me in a tough spot as now, my second treatment appointment has NOT BEEN rendered and I paid almost $1000.00 dollars. We spoke with the manager Rosa twice last Saturday and Monday, and she was supposed to be issuing the refund on 8/13 and contacting me back on or before 8/15 regarding the rest of treatment. However, that didn't occur and we had to follow up. Then we were told a check was being issued later that day on 8/17 possibly and we could pick it up! That's disappointing as, this was several days later, and nor did we pay Vue with a check. This is totally unacceptable and I'm quite disappointed and upset with the way this situation has been handled! I'm not sure what games this office is playing as they may be committing fraud, waste and abuse because they are charging for services that are not rendered and then not holding up their end of the deal by honoring it and making it right! read more

Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing! I had two fillings done today and have absolutely no pain! Dr. Patel is great about explaining the procedures and answered all my questions before starting. The best part was I didn't feel any pain when she numbed my mouth with injections. I will definitely be back soon! Dr. Patel is one of the best dr.'s I've had a privilege of being a patient under. She is smart, kind, and really knows what she's doing. She has never made me feel like a lot of dentist who only want your money. I would continue seeing her for the rest of my life if I wasn't only in the area for school. I've had normal teeth cleanings & cavity fillings under Dr. Patels care and even a treatment through Invisalign which I'm almost done with.
