On Thursday, June 5, I was on my way to a motorcycle rally in Charlotte, when I suddenly felt a cap on one of my teeth roll around loosely in my mouth. It was truly a bad time for this to happen, as it was in the front, and this upcoming social event would have been a nightmare for me. I pulled over and looked for a dentist -- knowing quite well, that a call by an unknown person to a dental practice will likely be ignored. The first place I found was Chester Family Dental Care, in Rock Hill, SC -- around 3 blocks from me. I didn't call. I just "showed up" and explained that I have an "emergency", and asked if someone could look at this and "re-glue". To my surprise and good fortune, the staff at this dental practice went beyond the extra mile to take care of me. The administrative staff welcomed me, and were sympathetic; the dentist and nurse were simply amazing people, who were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and skilled. I will never forget this experience, and I recommend this practice to any individual or family who wants their dental care handled beyond successfully.
