Mr. Bui really encapsulated all of the details that we talked about over months so so perfectly. To preface, we had gone to multiple big chain jewelers to browse and kind of figure out what I'd like. I wanted a very specific cut (elongated hexagon) & all the jewelers we had talked to stated that it was pretty much either a grueling process to get the cut or just not an option at all. Because of this, I had settled on another cut and was fully expecting that cut for our engagement. When my fiancé had popped the question and showed me the ring, I was STUNNNED. I was in shock that he had found the cut I wanted as well as incorporated all of the small details that we had talked about. When I went back to explore other routes he had a genius idea. He said he could place 2 gold beads inside the ring. It would grab the knuckle and stay secure but if my fingers swelled it would not hug the side of the ring. Been wearing it for a week and it's the absolute perfect fit. I don't feel the beads at all and wont have to worry about it falling off. Customer service was great and turn around time was very fast. A+ will be going back for my jewelry needs.

I noticed a crack in the wedding band in Nov 2020 and informed the merchant at Silver & Gold Station. I asked for a repair and was informed that the warranty did not cover cracks. So, I asked for a replacement, but was initially told no. After continued communication and discussion, the merchant said, "This will be a one-time replacement and it will void the warranty". The merchant told me the ring would be at the kiosk for pickup. I reminded them that I lived in Gulfport, MS and offered to pay for shipping as I did with the initial purchase. I did not hear back from the merchant and the issue fell off my radar because I had to fulfill my military duty. Once I returned from duty (about 6 mths), I was able to go to Houston. While there, I made a point to go the Silver & Fold Station to pick up the ring. THE RING WAS NOT THERE!!! I was told by the merchant that "someone has already picked it up. It wasn't you?" HOW IN THE SAM HILL does that happen if I did NOT send someone to pick it up?!?! Nevertheless, the merchant did not honor our agreement and said that "nothing could be done because it had been too long and the warranty is no good anymore". Guess what...the ring has broken in half as of Nov 2021 and the merchant will not return my calls or text messages. I do not recommend this jeweler.
