I had a very disappointing experience with the sales process at this practice and believe the consultation involved misleading sales tactics. Despite the business changing ownership, the practice appears to continue operating with the same location, staff, and management while not honoring commitments made during the original consultation with their practice manager who has remained with the practice. This has been extremely frustrating as a consumer in the middle of a contract. I would advise others to carefully review and document all promises made before signing any agreement. read more

Well it's been a mth since I had lip injections, Botox, and one round of lazor removal on my legs.. I read the reviews of this place and I can't even imagine none of the girls being anything but super amazing. The girls who worked on me were so professional and cool and even when I was getting lazor done I was jumping all ovr the place and we just kept laughing and she kept helping me get thru it! My lips are so amazing and I was even nervous bc I thought I didn't have enough in my top lip and called the office and what she informed me of she was completely right with & I was trippin! They have an absolute horrible hiring process. The lady was nice enough, however they are "wishy-washy". Her words actually after my interview was cancelled because they extended the offer to a woman who was unsure she even wanted the opportunity. Management reached back out, and that was exciting for me. Then when I replied I was still interested in said position she told me that her next interview would be a week away. Then two weeks after that to run my background check. It's just insane to me how it could take three weeks to a month to get hired at a place where they don't even disclose the pay you would receive. Especially in this economy. Don't waste your time or get your hopes up. I did both of those things and I'm extremely disappointed. read more

I had a strange experience. I booked my Botox with Courtney. I had her and loved the work and her complete professional approach. I confirmed my appointment was with Courtney but when I arrived it was not Courtney. I wish I had walked out. Also having had Botox for many years I have never had anyone leave the room and bring the drawn up Botox back. I never saw the bottle or her draw it up. She also never followed up. Courtney did a few days later. I felt this was a very unprofessional move to Bate and Switch. Also I had a credit that was not applied and the nurse just said Oh next time. I consider Botox a medical procedure and should be taken seriously. read more

Haven't even had the chance the try this company. I filled out an online form to have a pricing list emailed to me? Or have someone contact me about it? Because they don't list their prices online it's your only option. Things got a little crazy this week and I didn't have the time to answer when they called. Which they proceeded to do every single day sometimes twice a day and send me repeated emails over and over and over again. Insanity. My dog was hurt this week and I'm dealing with insurance stuff with that so I'm declining random numbers hoping it isn't important simply because I don't have the time or patience to tell this company I can't talk about laser hair removal. Went for my free consultation, they are very professional and offer many payment options. For sideburns and front neck on a half off discount it would cost me $2,300+/- for 9 sessions. However they have payment options that allow it to be around $70 per month split up over 36 months. And other options that can be less time for more money. Just sideburns with discount was $1,600+/-. This also depends on the type of hair. I was informed that peach fuzz and lighter hair is not treatable at this type of place. I wanted to try Ideal Image but legitimately couldn't even find anyone to give me pricing information. First I tried the online chat feature. I told the representative, Rachel, that I would like to get pricing information. I told her about my hair color and which areas I was interested in having treated. She explained that in order to get pricing information I would have to come in for a consultation. I explained to Rachel that I live far away and didn't want to schedule a consultation if the treatments were going to be out of my budget. I told her that I entirely understood that pricing could be dependent upon a number of factors, but that I would appreciate some kind of ballpark figure. I told her that even a range would be perfectly fine. She refused. I thought that contacting the location directly may be a better option. So I called and spoke with a receptionist and told her the same thing. She replied that it was their policy for only consultants to discuss pricing with customers. I asked if they could get in touch with a consultant over the phone and they said no. I explained again that I live 30 minutes from Bellevue and did not want to waste two hours of my time in the consultation only to find out that the services were more than I could afford. Evidently she did not care, as all she did was explain that they have been in business for 14 years and their policy had never wavered. I understand and respect that each company has their own way of selling. But I hope that Ideal Image understands that each consumer has their own way of buying. I like information readily available. I like transparency. Refusing to give even a ballpark range of price over the phone is a huge red flag to me. It is my belief that they want to get would-be clients in a consultation room, tell them a price, and then launch Into some big sales pitch where they explain to the client how, regardless of the client's budget, they can afford it. This place is amazing. The staff is very professional from the time you walk in to the time You walk out. Their always on time, and quick to get you in and out. No rush though. I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MY CONSULTANT/ SPECIALIST RACHAEL. She is very sweet to the touch and takes pride in what she does. It shows because she is very sensitive with her touch, especially on the area that I am having treated. She takes her time but gets down to the (nitty gritty). She caters to me when working with me to make sure I'm super comfortable, at ease and have whatever it is that I need in order to feel relaxed. Rachael is always on time and always has a smile on her face. That's always nice to see. She's such a sweet lady.
