I was a client at another location, and for my last treatment, I went to the Boulder location. Wow! It was a completely different experience from the moment I walked in the door. It was bright and inviting, the staff were friendly and welcoming... which I was not used to after over a year of going to the other one. Amy was fantastic and thorough with my treatment. I commented to the manager Susan that day before I left, and took her card in case I ever needed anything else. Fast forward several months - I noticed that all of the treatments didn't end up with the exact result I had hoped for. I called Susan and scheduled an appointment with her. She was completely solution oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am completely impressed, as "customer service" doesn't seem very common these days. She was awesome! I went back to get a treatment this week with Jenn. Again, a completely different experience than the other location. She was thorough, didn't seem to rush, had a great "bedside manner," and communicated about the treatment in a detailed way. Also, she was very personable and made it a much more relaxed experience. Ideal Image Boulder Colorado: This place is scamming people of their money, then punishing them to accept unfair treatment, discrimination and more when customers bring up concerns. The Manager of this location Susan is very condescending, even to her employees (2 nurses) told me that they would be leaving due to Susan's toxic work environment. Every visit my appointments were rescheduled last minute, with a new person who wanted to preform the treatment different than the last. Prices were never transparent, and you always had to go back and fourth just to get what your contract assured. The Regional Trainer Rebecca informed me that there was *proof* in my charts that nurses were not following procedure - and that she would speak to corporate about making things right. Corporate called me less than 24 hours before my next appointment claiming that they were serving ties. So the 6k lifetime investment I was promised left me mistreated, FULL of body hair - with the cash in Ideal Image's hands... I hope that this business gets investigated, and SOON. This is predatory behavior, and these people are stealing from locals who were sold lies. Avoid, and tell all your friends/family to avoid Ideal Image. read more

Saw their advertisement on Instagram and decided to reach out about their offerings. I was promptly contacted via phone and email. I inquired about locations near Boulder to which I was pleased to learn that a Boulder location was opening this week! Score! At the last minute I knew I could attend their opening day celebration and was tickled to get in for a consult (my friend was squeezed in as well). We walked over and upon arrival noted a red carpet, decorations, yummy chocolates, and a beautiful spread of cheeses, meats, and breads from Cured. During the consult a nurse assessed my history as well as if I was a good candidate for the laser. I passed with flying colors and was then brought to Logan for further discussion regarding their offerings. I met with Logan regarding the prices and was pleased to learn about their early black Friday offerings. After much back and forth, as well as a consult by my math master friend I decided to move forward with a robust package. I opted to pay up front which saved me 5%. Had I chosen the 0% financing plan I would have had 18 months to pay off the package. As I was in just after work they were happy and able to schedule me for a 7:30 pm appointment. Score! After a quick meal with a friend I returned for my first session with one of their nurses (so awesome that nurses perform the procedures here). I waited and waited in the lobby (I arrived just minutes before my scheduled 7:30pm appt). After following up with a few staffers I was greeted by my friendly and kind nurse Kara around 7:45pm. Working a couple of jobs I went into a bit of a panic as I anticipated my 30 minute appointment wrapping up at 8pm and here it was 7:45pm. We discussed the procedure, how best for me to prep and Kara then left the room so I could get ready. Before the procedure she made a grid on the areas I was to have work on with a white eyeliner. Kara was very kind, warm, and friendly. Always happy to let me have a break if I needed it or chit chat with me to help keep me distracted. I look forward to returning for my remaining 8 sessions tho I will be sure to double confirm the time I am scheduled for. Turned out that while I was scheduled for 7:30 pm the time placed in the computer was 7:40pm. read more

BEWARE! This organization will lead you to believe (via their before and after photos) that their treatment will visibly reduce fat. What they don't tell you up front is that you will need at least TWO treatments to achieve those results. During my procedure the nurse stated that she had done her flanks and got the best results only after her second treatment. This was the first time I was aware that achieving a good result would require more than one treatment. After the treatment, I spoke with the manager who showed me two of their brochures stating "It takes two" meaning it takes two treatments to achieve the result I was led to believe I would achieve with the package I bought (with one treatment per area). The manager went on to apologize profusely for the "error" that the sales person made via the zoom consult. This was quite devastating news since this is such a pricy procedure. I could not afford to spend double the amount that I had already committed. They advised me to wait the full 3 months before assessing the results. The results are quite disappointing and NOT worth the $3K! read more

They were so quick to reach out to me and set up the initial appointments. I had to reschedule one appointment, and I have never been able to complete the package I paid for in six months! First, they randomly rescheduled without my permission at times that did not work for me twice. Then, I had to set up an appointment two months in advance which again, interfered with my schedule. I tried to reschedule at both Boulder and Westminster with no luck. I asked for a refund of the last treatment since they can't seem to work with my schedule and was told no refunds. So now I am out about $500 with no recourse. For the two appointments I was able to keep, they spent a lot of time trying to upsell me with more services. Why would I buy more when they can't even provide the services I've already paid for? I would NEVER recommend that anyone buy packages or services that require more than one visit from Ideal Image. They just don't care if you get to complete the package. read more

I agreed to purchase an Ultherapy package for all 3 areas. The person on the phone booked all three sessions in a one-week window. I was unable to keep the final appointment and rescheduled online. The studio canceled the new time and rescheduled at an inconvenient time without speaking to me. I rescheduled again online, and they again canceled the time I chose and rescheduled at an inconvenient time. I called because I was unable to get in for at least another month (now 3 months out from my first appointment) and was told someone would call me from either Boulder or Westminster. My first appointment was in June, and I have been unable to speak to anyone to schedule the final appointment. I was also told there is no way to get a refund even though it is their fault I cannot schedule an appointment. The second time I was in they tried to convince me to buy a membership and schedule other services. I would NEVER do that since it is virtually impossible to get an appointment or any assistance for scheduling. read more

I purchased a very expensive package and was never informed there was a "window of use" of only 16 months. Never during a single appointment was I informed of a plan of action or told I had to use all my sessions before a certain date. Now if I want to go back for an appointment it'll be $250 a session after a 90% discount they say. read more

Horrible- Horrible!! Do not do business with Ideal Image. Purchased a $625.00 filler package in April, Before I purchased the package, I asked how easy is it to get in for an appointment, we have tons of availability. Complete lie! Not only was I unable to make an appointment 60 days out, but I was also asked to drive out to Westminster, 80 minutes round trip. I said no thank you. I purchased it in Boulder for convenience. I requested a refund and was told by both Alexandrea, and Brittany, Regional Managers for Ideal Image, that a Contract is a Contract and they would not be refunding me. I said I agree with what a contract is, however, when you are unable to offer the services requested for more than 90 days, it becomes invalid when you cannot provide the services promised to me, and there was no availability at the location closest to me. Brittany said she would escalate, ultimately, it is up to her, I said if it is up to you, do the right thing and refund me $625.00 five months later. I was still unable to secure an appointment. Boulder friends, CU students do not support Ideal Image. this place is poorly run, poorly staffed, and operated in an unethical behavior!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT Ideal Image The location in Boulder is an absolute joke. I went to them 3 weeks ago for lip injections and I've gone into the clinical 4 times with concerns of my upper lip and I continue to be told "it's not that bad" or "I don't see what you're talking about". I went back in today and they finally corrected the issue, at MY cost!! They charged my account when I was told it would be taken care. When I spoke with customer service, they said they do not refund, but they'd love to offer me a complementary service- no thanks... never going back. Seriously, I never expect perfection, but this is NOT ok. And its definitely not ok that the company refuses to make it right. read more

Well, six months in, and I cannot begin to describe how incredibly displeased I am with their service. I am experiencing daily pain that makes it nearly impossible to sleep. The removal did not work as advertised. I still have to shave three times a week. When I called to ask for a refund for the remainder of the treatments, they tell me the first five treatments are paid, and the rest are complementary. So, I'm screwed. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Worst customer service ever!! My wife did a consultation for lip injections and was told if we joined their program for $250 we would save $300 off of the treatments. Well we paid the $250 and then we're told that the "special was no longer available" The lady that did the consultation said we would get the $250 back and then tried to get us to pay full price for the lip injections. We informed her we would pay for the lip injections after we received the refund for the $250 that we paid. After 2 plus hours on the phone they still want to charge full price for the injections without refund the "program money of $250" These are scammers and disgusting business people. read more

I was so excited to have voluma and unfortunately they were not able to do it because of breastfeeding (I am Matt's partner, but don't have a gmail account for a review). They would not refund me my money and wanted to transfer it to another service which I did not want. I was asked to do a Zoom call for the initial consult and feel like it should have been disclosed. It is unfortunate because the nurses who work there are wonderful, but I will never be back as a customer. When I asked to cancel my membership (which is in the contract) the representative said someone will call me back. So you can't even cancel right away even though the contract says that all you have to do is to give them 30 days notice. The worse customer service ever which will be a downfall of the company in the future. They should try to get return customers and not burn the bridge by being money hungry and not refund for services they can not provide. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Avoid! After a consultation, I purchased the cool sculpting, only to be told by the nurse that I am not a candidate. They refused to refund my money. I had to choose something else, While in person they recommended laser hair removal. That sounded good so they switched my "funds" to that product. I can not have that either because of the color of my hair. Of course they didn't tell me this while I was standing in front of them. Again the nurse had to tell me. Again refuse to refund me so I have to try another product. Customer service is the absolute worst. Never use this place. read more

After I did an online consultation with a nurse, I was told I could receive juvaderm. I arranged my schedule in order to get in as soon as possible, paid for the treatment and drove the half hour. When I got to the spa, after reviewing my questionnaire, I was informed they couldn't do juvaderm because of an allergy I had 25 years ago to a migraine medication. This was very disappointing and frustrating to me as one of their own nurses said I was a candidate and I have had prior injections by a surgeon as well as nursing staff. Seemed like the communication could be better amongst their schedulers and office staff. I would say if you plan to patronize their business make sure you inform ALL their staff of your medical history so you don't end up wasting your time like I did. I never write reviews but I'm sharing as Im hoping others can prevent the horrible experience I had here. From beginning to end which spanned over 5 months, there were mutliple touchoints that just aren't okay in this indsutry, nor any inustry I should say. I went in to get a BBL (recommended by the clinicians themselves) and a few units of botox in Jan. I left with less units than I asked for and burn marks all over my forehead. I went back a few weeks later to follow up as the marks hadn't dissapeared and my botox hadn't kicked in yet. I asked for help. They said to wait a bit longer. I called the office multiple times over that month with no answer back. I went back in 2 months later, hoping the marks would go away, and all I recieved was a sorry. The nurse who had treated me said I should get my money back as I had hyper pigmentation marks all over my forehead. I still do to this day 7 months later. I called HQ and was told I couldn't get money back since I "had" the treatment. Even this communication took over 6 weeks. This large franchise couldn't give a nominal fee back even after having proof of long haul scars on my face. Horrible customer service and outcome. I would go to the smaller mom and pop places who genuinley care about their clients. read more
