Instead, my account was transferred, and I had to continue payments through Milan. That lack of flexibility was frustrating. During that same process, a representative tried to upsell me to a full-body package for "less than $1,000 more," only to later say that price didn't actually apply to me. That made me question the pricing structure and transparency, especially knowing others are clearly paying less. Before starting treatment, I specifically raised concerns about whether my hair type would respond well to laser. I was reassured that if the nurses determined it wouldn't be effective, I could either switch treatment areas or receive a refund. Based on that, I moved forward. Fast forward 17 months of consistent treatments every 5 weeks--and I've seen little to no improvement. My facial hair has had virtually zero reduction, and my leg hair growth is still significant enough that I have to maintain a strict 5-week schedule just to manage it. That is not the outcome I was promised. To get a second opinion, I visited a dermatologist. They confirmed that after this amount of time, I should have seen significantly more hair reduction. In fact, they noted no visible improvement on my face at all. On top of that, scheduling appointments is incredibly difficult. You have to book months in advance due to limited staffing. Recently, I had an appointment scheduled for March 27, only to be told last minute that no nurse would be available. The next option they gave me was 4 weeks later--which doesn't work when treatments are supposed to follow a consistent cycle. Because of their booking issues, I already had another appointment scheduled 5 weeks out, so this just created more disruption. Overall, this experience has been frustrating, expensive, and disappointing. I have followed every guideline and stayed consistent with treatments, yet have not seen the results that were promised. I would not recommend Milan Laser to anyone and am actively seeking a refund.

Becca took extra time and care to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan that we both felt comfortable with. My results are natural and subtle but also very effective. I feel 10 years younger. I ended up doing a combination of Botox and filler and it made a huge difference without looking over-filled or pulled. I had purchased lifetime packages with locked-in touch-up pricing at Ideal Image, but SEV is now refusing to honor those terms. This feels misleading and unprofessional, especially considering I paid $3,600 per child (for two children) for full arms, full legs, face, and underarms. Second, the staff at the Buckhead location has been consistently rude and unhelpful. Every time I asked about my package or the lifetime touch-ups, I was told to contact the payment company, with no clear answers provided. Third, the quality of service has dropped significantly. Treatments are rushed and incomplete--for example, "full" arms and legs are only partially treated. When I raised concerns, I was told this is their standard approach, which is unacceptable given what was originally promised. Ideal Image consistently delivered thorough treatments, so the contrast is stark. Additionally, when I tried to ensure proper service for my kids by observing the session and asking for thorough coverage, the technician became offended and refused to continue treatment. On top of this, I have now been told that I am a "difficult" or "bad" customer and that technicians are refusing to work with me simply because I am asking reasonable questions about the service and the package I paid for. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a very poor customer experience. Lastly, there appears to be no accountability. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times, but no one was available, and no follow-up has been provided. I've now had similar negative experiences with three different technicians at this location. Overall, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. I would not recommend SEV Laser in Buckhead to anyone. If anyone has guidance on how to escalate this issue or ensure that previously purchased lifetime packages are honored, I would appreciate the advice.

The estheticians are very knowledgeable and meticulous with their craft. I had the pleasure of having Kristen as my esthetician and you can tell she is passionate about her vocation. She does a skin analysis before starting the procedure to pin point your individual needs & goes over recommendations for future treatments to reach your desired skin goals. I had a variety of laser hair removal technicians assist me throughout the year but notes are taken to make sure that your procedures are done safely and accurately. Please note that the hair removal is not completely permanent but if you continue with the sessions you don't get hair growth in between waiting periods [every 6-7 weeks]. It's less costly than waxing, so still a win for me. Per Kristen's suggestion we are advancing to micro - needling as the best course of action for my skin. Which I'm excited to see the results once done. My skin looks and feels amazing thus far. There is plenty of complementary parking, so it's always a plus in my book when you don't have to spend extra dime on that. The spa is located on the 5th floor of the building, just adding this piece of information so you don't get lost as I did the first time. Hehe. I found that booking was simple. I was then told we needed separate forms and was instructed to enter my daughter's correct day and month of birth but use my birth year instead. I politely questioned why I would knowingly enter incorrect information on a form I would later sign. The response I received was simply, "That's how it is," and I was offered a business card if I wanted to complain. Having worked in a similar field, I didn't feel comfortable with that process, so I calmly asked them to cancel our consultation. I was polite throughout the interaction and never raised my voice or behaved disrespectfully. As my daughter and I were walking out, both receptionists laughed loudly behind us. Whether it was directed at us or not, the timing made it feel incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't like making assumptions or accusing people of discrimination without evidence, so I sincerely hope this wasn't a case of racial bias. However, I do hope management addresses the professionalism and customer service of the front desk staff, because first impressions matter. The first time, they treated me on an IPL machine that targeted brown spots. I noticed the effects right away, with my freckles appearing darker before they eventually came off a week later. During my second appointment, they booked me with a dual IPL machine calibrated towards both reds and browns. This also worked well with my skin. Since I am of asian decent, I am of higher risk of side effects when IPL is not administered properly, so the staff was very careful and considerate. Pain wise, I would rate this treatment a 6/10. Not pleasant, but not traumatic either. Forewarning for those considering IPL to target redness and spider veins: while you might notice a decrease in redness, my aesthetician informed me that this effect is temporary! Eventually the veins will resurface :( Both appointments were quick and easy, and I am very satisfied with the results. side note-- this is definitely a side effect, but I also noticed that the hair on my upper lip was zapped away and never really grew back post-treatment.
