I have been coming here for almost a year with a 2x per month IV membership. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The team is so warm and welcoming - true professionals.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Rooms are cozy and offer multiple streaming services, comfy recliners & refreshments. Very relaxing. Even when they are really busy, they always take the time to walk me through everything, check my vitals, and make sure that I'm doing well/feeling comfortable through the entire process. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are incredibly accommodating with scheduling or as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I look forward to every single visit (not to mention - I feel amazing when I leave)! Today when I visited I was given a male nurse named George (who works at multiple locations and is most often at the Decatur location). Let me tell you - that man was so smooth with the needle/IV insertion that I truly did not even feel it. Not a single prick! I was blown away. If you are scared of needles or have had bad experiences with IVs in the past - this place will cure that concern immediately. I love this place! I have previously visited this location, and bought my wife a membership for a holiday gift. Yesterday I pre booked a hydration treatment and my wife came with me, to use one of her membership allocations. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were greeted by Peter, a different face on the front desk. Peter took our order, however took a long time to pass it to Andrea the resident nurse[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Andrea took the order herself and arranged for the treatments. We completed our treatment and as I was leaving my wife asked if we could use one of her membership allocations for my treatment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Peter said that wasnt possible - which is fair enough. the manner in which he did so, was extremely poor and reflects poorly on the business. He spoke to my wife, through the treatment area and spoke of me in the 3rd person; effectively ignoring my presence.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He then overcharged me for my treatment, which I paid initially and then questioned. I was charged $234 for a treatment which should have been $199. When I pointed this out, he said he would have to correct this on the "back end." I asked what this meant, and I suggested the company refund my card. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Peter conducted himself with a sense of self righteousness that has no place at the front desk of a consumer, walk in / membership business.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He later called me to advise I would be seeing a $35 refund on my card, however he wanted to point out that I should check the cost of my treatment next time; which is precisely what I did this time hence we had a payment amount dispute. Having been in this location before, and bought memberships, I wont be back. Peter could have gained another membership yesterday, and I would likely have extended my wife's whose birthday is in a few months, however instead he lost a member, we will be cancelling my wife's membership, and lost a prospective membership. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He chose to be right, rather than accommodating. He chose to display a sense of attitude that has no place at the front face of a business of this nature and, frankly, I feel sorry for the franchisee that this is now reflective on the business and their custom.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sorry to say, we wont be back. read more

I made a call to Vida-Flo today related to an inquiry of an unknown charge to my account from this location as well to follow up on my two previous written requests to cancel my membership within the terms outlined in the membership contract. The representative I spoke with was likely the rudest person I've ever spoken with. She was totally belligerent and uncouth. Additionally, I have been waiting for 10 days to speak with a Manager. Today, the representative I spoke with stated she "could not give an estimated time for a return call from a Manager as my call was not important due to it being related to a cancellation. To me, Vida-Flo has the appearance of being a scam. Please stay away!!!!! read more

Beware & do not open a membership. I canceled my membership & Vida-Flo continued to not only charge me but double charged me. I discovered $1000 in fraudulent charges. I called 6 times for help. No one from accounting would return the call to help me resolve. Thesis is not an honorable business. read more

I came in here the other day and such a great experience. The customer services was amazing and was helped very quickly.

This place is a rip off. Got treated there months ago and got a nurse who stuck me 4 times (twice on both arms) and still couldn't find the right vein. I was with a friend and he decided not get service because off her incompetence. She acted as if she was inebriated. We went to the front desk to complain and cancel our membership. Filled out the proper information to cancel the service and 6 months later they are still charging my card. When I brought it to their attention, they gave me the run around. After showing up in person to get this resolved, the very person (Rebecca, the General Manager) who was supposed to call me finally called with the solution of nothing could be done. Unfortunately Vida-Flo needed to steal my money monthly in order to stay open. read more

My wife and I had an absolutely terrible experience at Vida-Flo Buckhead. We hired a babysitter to watch our toddler while we went in to be hydrated, but our 30-minute appointment ended up taking over two hours and was a nightmare from start to finish. We were assigned a nurse named Laura who admitted that she was brand new. It took her nearly an hour to collect our information and our vitals and we became increasingly concerned about her competence when she continued mixing things up and getting confused. I take a few medications and have several serious drug allergies. Laura kept leaving the room and coming back in to tell me that she couldn't give me a certain vitamin in my IV because it interacted with my medications -- but then a few minutes later she would say "Oh whoops! I was getting magnesium confused with zinc. You actually can have that. Oh wait never mind-that's contraindicated." After this happened 4+ times we were not feeling confident but proceeded anyway. This is where things took a turn for the worse. My wife informed Laura that her veins could be a bit tricky. Laura spent a while looking at all of her veins before deciding on an arm. When she went to insert the IV, my wife was clearly in a lot of pain. Once the catheter was in Laura continued to move it around, which was incredibly painful. Laura said that she didn't want to blow a vein and had used a smaller needle. The treatment then started for my wife, who was clearly in agony. Because the nurse had used such a small needle, the IV flow was super slow so Laura went and got a pressure cuff and basically wrapped it around the IV bag and squeezed it as hard as she could--this caused excruciating pain for my wife. Laura then left. About ten minutes passed and my wife was looking increasingly uncomfortable and Laura finally came back in with my IV fluids. My wife mentioned that she wasn't feeling well and Laura glanced at her arm only to find that the vein had completely blown and all of the fluid from the IV was now sitting under the skin in her arm like a giant softball. Laura was clearly flustered, apologetic and seemed extremely nervous. And my poor wife; it looked so incredibly painful and she nearly passed out. Laura removed the IV and instructed Dawn to hold a heating pad over the softball of fluid for a half hour. Obviously, Dawn did not let her try to start a new IV. Then it was my turn. My gut was telling me not to let her even try, but I didn't want our entire visit and our expensive babysitter to be wasted so I let her put in an IV. I have great veins and Laura still took a good 10 minutes slapping all of my veins and making me hold heating pads over them before she actually tried my hand. The IV placement was staggeringly painful but she got it in. My fluid bag ended up emptying in less than 10 minutes and we left as soon as humanly possibly. When we checked out, I saw on the receipt that I hadn't even been given the boosts that I had requested in my IV. And my wife didn't end up getting her fluids-minus the balloon under her skin! She proceeded to nurse her swollen arm for the next 24 hours and my IV location is STILL sore nearly 5 days later. This is unacceptable. We will never ever ever return. This was a traumatic experience for both of us and I feel incredibly disappointed that someone like Laura is allowed to be administering medications and IV's. If you decide to go to Vida-Flo anyway, I highly recommend you run the other direction if your assigned nurse is Laura. Steer clear!! read more
