I would not recommend this place to noone I went in for an appointment I wanted a different procedure done they told me they would redo my contract call me back and reschedule an appointment so at this point I've talk to four different people telling me that someone will return my call no one returned my call no one reschedule me so now I'm asking for a refund and at this point I'm sick of the run around and I'm sick of it and I'm looking at the reviews and I see some people asking for refunds and they are saying it's been six months still no refund this is ridiculous very unprofessional! read more

I had read a sketchy review the day before I went, but I was happily surprised by how friendly the staff was at the Buckhead Ideal Image. The reception area where I waited for my appointment was clean and bright. I met with Angela who was incredibly sweet. She asked me questions about myself, not just for the sake of getting my information filled out, but to help me feel welcomed. I've had laser treatments done before in Seoul, Korea where the prices were to die for. I'd visited Ideal Image strictly to get a quote because I didn't know if the price would be comparable. Sadly, the prices in America are more than I would ever spend in a million years for this service, and I had to tell Angela, "Sorry for wasting your time, but I won't be getting lasering done here." Even still, she was extremely polite and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience. The only areas of improvement I'd have to offer are that I wish the prices were lower (but it's not like America's going to change that) and I wish they'd told me before which parking garage to park in (they kindlly validate your parking for you, but I didn't know and didn't park in the right place. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Never in my life have I ever experienced a company where they could care less about their clients and more about getting people screwed with loans. On 8-30-20 I spoke with a representative from Ideal to set up an appointment. It was imperative that I locked in on their "special" rate. So, I signed up for a loan with Ally Lending and booked my appointment. She said that if we didn't do it now I won't get the discounted price. We set my appointment for 9-17. Two days before my appointment, I got a call saying they needed to reschedule that the doctor had some conflicts. The first available was 10-2, were now an entire month out from my initial contact with them. I was informed on 10-1 that the nurse had a family emergency and "someone will call you back to reschedule." That someone has yet to call me back. Today is 10-26. I have left 6 voicemails. I have emailed the person I initially set up my appointment with. I have not heard one single peep from these so called professionals. Apparently this is okay and justified? I'm making payments on a loan for services I have not received and have been ghosted by the company. I cannot even begin to explain how upset, outraged and just bitter tasted from this. If you want a company that care about their clients and have good customer service - do yourself a favor and do NOT walk through these doors. read more

Okay.... I'm reading reviews and wanted to chime in The precious manager left something to be desired. The derogatory reviews about Alyssa are probably founded. The girl who did the vast majority of my work in face and underarms has been promoted to Alyssa's position. My guess is business will be handled better. This happened recently and I do not have experience on this (keep this in mind when reading) Couldn't ask for better results in face and underarms. The results speak for themselves Girls being rude at front? I doubt that. They are given limited information (and misinformation). I could see why some think they are rude if they are given bad information. But they are always polite. Is their business ran well? Yes and no The old way of sales was brutal. When I went to sign up for legs after face and underarms were done a month ago they were great at letting me negotiate my feet for free (I have maybe 10 hairs in all on both feet on my toes). When o first signed up? Don't get me started... During my face and underarms they made a major mistake. I made sure corporate got involved. They handled it extremely well but I was beyond upset. In all honesty they can never make up for their mistake, but I can't what happened (lasered more than they should in one area on face and hair won't grow back there). Clearly I'm still going here but I know how to avoid that mistake (and it could happen anywhere you go) **hint.... ALWAYS Mark your own face where they are allowed to laser** There is a current mishap going on with strong numbing cream. Was told 2 different things and and a third by the pharmacy. Still don't have a resolution but I know they will fix it. My real dilemma with it is the person handling it for me came across disingenuous (although she did not cause my original grief). So... They do very good work. They will work with you if there is a problem. Stay on top of all of your own paperwork and needs. They act limited based on what they can and cannot do as well as what they do and do not know Let's be honest. Isn't that often the case in many places tho when it comes to extensive work like this? The worst laser place I've ever been to. The people working are rude as fuck and racist and snobby. Ugly ass grown women thinking it's cute to be rude. Don't waste your money, they're WAY overpriced and don't get the job done. This is how they get you, You only have 16 months to get treatment. You have to wait 6-8 weeks in-between each treatment. Then when u call to reschedule your appointment the only availability they have, will be next month. I am not usually one to write reviews, however, I needed to warn people. I went into Ideal Image Buckhead today for a consultation for laser hair removal. I only wanted it for my armpits. First of all, I had to wait over 45 minutes before I was seen because the girl I was having the consultation with was getting her printer fixed...my appointment was for 11:30 and I wasn't brought back until 12:15. That was after I had to ask them if there were any other rooms I could be seen in. I even heard the receptionist call 2 people when I was there and cancel their appointment an hour and a half out. When I originally called to ask about pricing I was told I had to come in for a consultation and they couldn't give me an accurate price for the armpit hair removal over the phone because each client was "unique and had different hair textures, etc." My consultation lasted about 5 minutes or less and all it was was the girl pressuring me to also bundle it with a bikini hair removal and not ONCE did she look at my armpits or my hair. When she printed my quote the retail for only my armpits was over $3,000!!! Absolutely insane. The "deal" they were running was 65% off which brought it down to $1,400. Again, ridiculous. When I told her that I wanted to think of it and compare pricing her personality drastically changed and she told me "well we are only running this deal until the end of today." What "deal"? I could not have been happier to get out of there. Do not go to Ideal Image. Do your research. All they care about it making the sale and their customer service is seriously slacking. I left and called WIFH on a whim and was able to be told over the phone that it would cost $700 for 8 laser hair removal treatments for my armpits and they were able to fit me in a few hours later and even do my first treatment. I went in for consultation right before COVID hit GA, signed up to get cool sculpting. Obviously all appointments were cancelled. A regional manager called me to tell me to defer my payments with green sky until they re-opened their location. 2 months back I received a call letting me know that services were resuming. I called the location 5 times!! I have yet to receive one call back, the manager that once reached out will not respond either. This is terrible customer service. I am definitely regretting signing up for cool sculpting, but the worst part is that I have no idea who to even speak with about this. Does anybody have suggestions? read more

Their sales people are so wrapped up in getting your money that they over book and take on more clients than they can handle. Laser hair removal is suppose to be scheduled every 6-8 weeks and I am confused why when trying to book an appointment I am unavailable to book for another 3 months. And did I mention they never answer the phone? But were quick to answer the phone and call me repeatedly when they wanted me to start my services and take my money. They schedule 3 separate appointments, 1 Botox, 1 fillers and the free ultra therapy that is only for around the mouth. It takes me an hour to get to the location- I get to the 3rd appointment and I didn't really know what ultra therapy was so while waiting I read that it can dissolve fillers. I should have looked sooner but why on earth would they not schedule the ultra therapy 1st? Even the nurse said I wouldn't do it. I went to this location for my initial consultation expecting great customer service and respect, especially in a high-end neighborhood. However, what I experienced was quite the opposite. The center manager, Alyssa Rodriguez, was completely fake from the very beginning. She in no way made me feel like she was concerned with my satisfaction, but instead only with the sale. I felt like I was a number on a conveyor belt. Once I communicated to her that I want to wait just a few months before beginning treatments because of my busy schedule, she immediately shut down. She wouldn't let me finish filling out my patient information, nor would she give me any further details about the treatments. She only rushed me out of her office! This type of blatant rude and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, especially when I am expected to pay over $6000 for my treatments. For new and old clients buyer beware! Ideal Image recently changed their booking process. In the past when you schedule an appoint it was confirmed, followed by text reminders. Then you'll arrive and complete your services. However, for those not aware, the new process is, when you call your appoint is NOT confirmed. Apparently, it's followed up with an email so that you may confirm time and date. There is not an alternative line of communication such as texting or leaving voicemail any longer. The problem with this new booking process, you must confirm your appointment within 10 minutes via email or it's cancelled. I guess they feel as consumers we do not have any schedules, a busy life, or circumstances does not happen for the expectation to obtain a response in 10 minutes or less. Here's the fact, I didn't have a clue when the email will be sent but yet it's expected a response must be provided within the 10 minutes allotted. Also, they're making assumptions the email was received in order to respond accordingly. However, I did not receive an email and my appointment was canceled without any follow up attempts. I paid a significant amount of money for services to be render and there should be the expectation when a client calls to make an appointment their times and dates are confirmed. I don't know about others but my time is valuable so the expectation of being serviced when I call and make an appoint should stand. Also, I called the servicing location in Buckhead for assistance and was placed on hold for 10-minutes then the line was later disconnected. This is poor customer service at its best. There's no problem when it's time to take our money but when it comes time to providing services we must play the game of cat and mouse. So for new customers who don't want to deal with poor customer service I would suggest you look elsewhere. I do not advise anyone to get Cool-sculpting at this place of business Ideal Image all they want is money and do a poor job I was not satisfied with the results and I did everything they told me to do. The place on my abdomen is hard as a rock and I can't get that remove unless I have surgery. They don't follow up with you to see if you are good!! I payed a lot of money for this procedure it is not cheap at all so I have the right to be mad and upset. I really wish I would have saved my money. I paid for two Coolsculpting sessions, which cost over $2,000, which I would do monthly payments on. I had my first session and I really wasn't satisfied with how the tech rushed and when she was done, I noticed she didn't even place the suctions in the right area. I drink a gallon of water and workout everyday before and after that session and after 3 months I didn't really see the changes they promised I would see. I decided I didn't want to do my second session, so I called them to use the rest of my money on a different service, which I was told I can do during my consultation since they have a no refund policy. The problem is that they have told me multiple times they will give me a call back to discuss different services, but they never call back. It's been over four weeks I've been calling, and now when I call they immediately put me on hold and never come back to the phone. Even worst, they are still taking the payments out of my account. I'm on about my 6th treatment for laser hair removal and I love it. Yes, this place is pricey but you get what you pay for. One thing that's great is their number of locations around the US. With their 'lifetime' plan you can come back for extremely discounted rates on treated areas at any location. This was a major factor in paying the extra price for me. The staff has been nothing but great, Courtney is the manager now and she's been awesome with me. All the nurses are friendly and entertaining during treatment. I haven't had a single issue. Just understand the procedures beforehand and do your research so you're fully aware before you pay high prices for something. Also they validate parking which they don't always tell you at first- so remember to bring your ticket!! read more

Quite literally the worst business I have ever encountered. They get you with the new customers deals, and then literally have no open appointments to schedule you. I even read that in reviews before I actually bought and called multiple places to ask if they had open appointments which they lied and said they did. After going to multiple places around Altanta I was finally able to book ahead at one location. I had booked ahead about 3 or 4 visits but saw a location closer to me was opening so I called that location almost every week trying to get on their schedule. Either their schedule wasn't open or it was already booked up. Absolutely no in between. I had one of my appointments in Buckhead cancelled and then when I called to reschedule there was NOTHING available in Buckhead and they could only get me into the Alpharetta location which is almost 20 MILES away. If you cancel someone's appointment you need to make one available at their requested location not one that is miles away. I get a call today saying all they can do is extend my contract so I can get in more time for treatments. Which is quite literally a waste because I probably won't even be able to schedule within the 2 months they extended it. This is a terrible business and I can not recommend this place less. I paid for a $6000 procedure at the Atlanta Buckhead GA Ideal image and now all the sales contacts and location itself won't reply to any emails or voice-mail to address my post op concerns. I was supposed to be checked at 3 and 6 months post op and have emails proving me trying to get scheduled and no one will schedule me. The procedure didn't work and if they saw me like they are suppose to pics would prove it. Plus you don't abandon a patient after care. I want my treatment redone by another location or my money refunded ASAP. This is horrible customer/patient service. They also promise lifetime guarantee but only if you have your post ops so they are being shady by not scheduling mine so they don't have to honor they're guarantee which is plastered all over their ads everywhere. Katherine Jayne was my sales agent who won't return my emails or calls and neither will location. I even emailed the VP of sales with no response. I have 3 main issues with this place. 1) I called to make a free consultation appointment. On that phone call I asked the receptionist how much an underarm hair removal treatment would be. She said she couldn't tell me because it's individualized for each person. I then said that I heard it's around $200. She said they're offering a 50% off promotion right now, so yes it will probably be close to that. 2) I come in for my free consultation. I was offered a bottle of water (the only thing positive about this place) & then sit down to fill out this questionnaire. The receptionist asked me if I was there for hair removal or this fat reduction treatment. I am 5'7 and 120 pounds. Therefore, asking me if I need a fat reduction treatment is incredibly offensive. 3) I get called in for my consultation. After this woman (I think her name was Alyssa?) spends ten minutes telling me about the treatment, she then goes on her computer & prints out an estimate. Keep in mind I supposedly had to come in for a consultation just to get a price quote because it was so "individualized". So this estimate she prints out for me has no specific information about me, just the price of underarm hair removal. Clearly the same quote sheet they give to everyone. Then the real kicker is the price...$1300. I told her that I was told around $200, and she looked at me like I was stupid. I was totally appalled that a well known company pulls crap like this. I've tried two services from Ideal Image. While I am partially satisfied, I'd warn that they are not easy to deal with when you are not happy with your service. I saw virtually no results following a course of treatment, and they changed tack very quickly once they realized that I was unsatisfied. They began to argue that the service was not intended for the use for which they advertise it and made no effort at all to rectify the situation. I have heard a lot of great things about Ideal Image and their services, and I knew that it would be expensive going in. Nobody was allowed to give me a price or a ballpark amount over the phone, so I went in for a consultation - I was told it would be almost two thousand dollars for laser hair removal on my underarms. I agreed because I have friends who said it was worth it - that's not why I am giving a one-star review. The service itself is good and after just one treatment, I am noticing a big difference in my hair growth. The problem here is, I was lied to and deceived into opening a credit card account with Ideal Image. I was told that opening a credit card with them was the only way I could use their services, so I did. Not only was this a lie - I later found out that you can just pay with your own credit card - but the credit card company that Ideal Image works with is incredibly shady. There is no information given on when payments are due, so you just have to figure it out yourself, and you can't pay it online. Apparently you have to call by phone and use an automated service. But that's not all! Apparently the automated service only accepts payment in full. And if you cancel your service, you still have to pay the full amount of treatment. And if you make a late payment, you're charged an extra $35 - which is especially cool considering you have no idea when your payments are due. Also, they don't tell you pricing over the phone because they say the price will vary based on the hair growth, etc on the body part you want. Well, they gave me a quote without even examining under my arms - and this was the "50% off" price, even though my friend got the same service and paid $100 less when there were no promotions going on. So how did they decide how much to charge me? Who knows! I can't wait until I am done with this company and even if the laser removal is excellent, I know I won't be going back because of their shady practices. Overall, the staff is not courteous or friendly at all in addition to it being WAY overpriced. I warn you to not take advantage of their so-called special offers because really, their services are not worth the money they want you to pay. The staff is very disingenuous and actually, quite rude. Especially, the manager/sales consultant on site whose name is Alyssa Rodriguez. She is like a Stepford wife. When I went in to tell her I had been BURNED and wanted a refund, she gave me one of her mannequin smiles and was not concerned in the least that I was injured in her facility. She never even apologized. I had went in for my 2nd series of treatments but due to a work issue which had to be addressed, I ended up late for my appt. Now I even called up there approx 40 minutes beforehand to tell them I was running late, but the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude and curt (I think Melissa)... completely unprofessional behavior. She could not guarantee I could get in. Now having had laser treatments before, I knew that my actual service would take all of 5 minutes (which it ultimately did). However, they were not willing to 'squeeze me in' after driving through horrible traffic to get there in the 1st place. They only have 4 locations in the city, so even their nearest office was an inconvenience... but then again, I went out of my way thinking I was receiving this fantastic service. After asking them to squeeze me in, then watching them take care of another customer (in no more than 5 minutes), they still didn't want to service me which was when I asked for the manager (Alyssa) who gave me one of her mannequin smiles, apologized and said 'no problem'... she said the front office staff should have been more courteous, blah, blah, blah and yes-- of course we can squeeze you in (pause for fake smile again). So I received the treatment (which took 5 minutes) and then proceeded with my day. Well sure enough, I ended up burned in one of the treatment areas. After being burned, I decided that I no longer wanted their services and wanted a refund. Now after leaving a message as to what happened I NEVER received a call back from Alyssa or their offices. That was when I had to pretend I was a new customer coming in for a consultation in order to even speak to her. Again, upon asking Alyssa for a refund she proceeded to give me one of her mannequin smiles and tell me there were no refunds. That was when I had to contact corporate to work this matter out. I received a pro-rated refund for the services received (less the treatment for my burned underarm) but no thanks to the Buckhead office that have acted and behaved horribly through this whole process. I strongly caution against using their services... they are over-priced for what you are getting and are a very rude staff. Anyway, I do have documentation and pictures of me being burned and am seriously considering pursuing further damages because of this experience. read more

So on my 4th I asked for Angela again and again...great experience and results. I have been a customer of this location for the past 5 years. I have had laser hair removal and coolsculpting done. I gave four stars for customer service. I omitted the fifth star because laser hair removal is not permanent. It last longer than waxing but the hair does grow back. It does grow back finer than before. My other reason for the omission of the last star is because I am still waiting to see results of the coolsculpting. Excellent service though! As a customer of Ideal Image, I would not recommend this company or any service. I requested the LHR Bikini Full Area and ended up with a 2nd Degree Burn that affected my regular body lubrication near the introitus area of my vagina. I have requested a refund and made several attempts to contact them with no resolution. The incident happened on 5/31/2021, and it has been (7) seven months without the manager contacting me to resolve the issue. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails. The representative even tried to say it was because of my age and a prior symptom as the reason I am experiencing a lubrication problem. The issue clearly started directly after my treatment session on 5/31/21. Later in the coming months, I confirmed a refund case was opened in September after giving them the response from my OBGYN. Alexandria, the manager, would call me per the customer service representative. Unfortunately, for the last (4) four months of calling, Alexandria has failed to call me back and discuss a resolution. Their agreement will state you may experience redness, burning, etc., with no refunds whatsoever to protect them. It appears there is no protection for the consumer with Ideal Image if you experience burning or irritation from their service. If you experience any burning, immediately go to a doctor. If you wait as I did, you may not have any recourse due to the timeframe of service and incident complaint. I tried several times to request their corporate office address; the representative would not give it to me. I researched the corporate address located in Tampa, Florida. I have not found out if this company has business insurance to file a claim against the company without an attorney. Once again, they will not release the information. They will not respond to your email and wait before calling you back to delay the complaint. I would think twice before using this company. I have also found that they charge too much for the service. Other places charge at least 30-50% of their price, and $2950 is a lot of money to through away and sign off on all your rights to a refund if you have irritation. The initial representative who sold me the package never returned my calls after she stated they were great at resolving customer service issues. I'm so excited about getting Ultherapy next week! Skye was my consultant, and she was absolutely lovely! I actually felt like I already had the procedure done after speaking with her because she made me feel so good and excited... this has been something I've been wanting for years! I am 32 and have Ehlers-Danlos aka "stretchy skin syndrome" and have been unhappy with my jawline since I was a teenager; along with having poor skin elasticity, I also have a small face and so my skin is pretty folded under my chin. Let me paint the entire picture for everyone. I went to Ideal Image for laser hair removal. I had started and stopped with other clinics but finally decided to commit and go through the entire process with Ideal Image. I paid roughly $4000 up front and in full to be treated in my desired areas. First red flag... you are hardly, if ever treated by the same technician. So, you are a "chart" and not really a person or a relationship. You are charged extra if you need numbing creams or any pain deterrent... and, not everyone is as thorough as the next. I remember being so rushed out one time that the practitioner didn't even remember to treat one of my areas I already paid for and I had to ask her to do it! She was excited about her vacation... I wonder why... apparently there is so much turnover even with technicians and management NO ONE can keep up. Amanda, their Manager did nothing when I wasn't rescheduled in fact she claimed my calls and messages and emails got lost after I followed up 2-3 times and finally called corporate. Ha.. she "found" my emails then. In those emails I expressed the lack of customer service her location showed me in canceling my appointment the same day and never having time to reschedule me! I also had to relocate for my job and called them numerous times trying to get an appointment. Not until I was in the process of moving did Amanda even reach out. And, guess what her solution for me was... travel back to Atlanta for services. Haha, are you kidding me? After being dismissed and forgotten about by her staff and being dissatisfied with my results her and her superiors told me I would have to travel back to Atlanta or the closest location to me to receive services. The closest location is over 1.5 hours away!!!!!! When I asked for a partial refund of course that was denied. I have an email trail longer than some work emails... and this was their resolve!! Why? Because I gave them their money up front. They could care less. They only care to fulfill the bare minimum it states contractually and encourages their technicians to extend the number of sessions needed by each candidate. Oh, did I mention I had already begun follow up visits and had to pay $100 per session because their treatments hadn't worked like they promised?! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING HERE OR ANY OTHER IDEAL IMAGE... DONT!!! ITS A GIMMICK and it only stunts your hair growth so that you have to pay for more sessions!!!! Absolutely amazing experience at Ideal Image Buckhead! I am on my 6th laser hair removal treatment with Nancy and could not imagine going to anyone else. Not only is she so much fun to talk to, she is an absolute perfectionist & knows exactly how to ease your nerves/make you feel completely comfortable during your treatments. The results are incredible and the entire team is a 10++. Definitely would recommend going here in general, but special shout out to Nurse Nancy! She is definitely the one you want to request and work your school, job, life ETC schedule around. read more
