I only chose 1 star because app didn't provide negative stars horrible is the only word I can think of to describe this company. Bought membership which was $250 and wanted 2 syringes of juvederm and 40 units of Botox. I went for first appt and recd 30 units of water....I'm sorry they called it Botox. I disagree but alas, no proof of my water claim. Just no results relaxing my crows feet lines. They were unable to accommodate me and always had "computers slow" or "schedule won't load" problems. It didn't take long to realize this is a scam, so I requested a refund on the unused product price....nope, they do not issue refunds if you've had one service. There are many reputable Med spas, please for the sake of your sanity, wallet and desire to have this expensive product work.......find another place. Before covid, this was a great company. That's why I am leaving a 2 star review instead of one. I signed up for laser hair removal and have three sessions left. I haven't been since January 2020. I had an appointment in March 2020 but it was cancelled due to covid which is understandable. This year as everything has been lifting I have called probably 20 times and left countless messages and only received one call back. They called and I told them that I already paid for the services but still have three sessions left. And they said they have to figure something out on their end and that they would call back. That was at the beginning of May and I have not received a call back. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and will not be returning for any future treatments, but I would like to finish my three treatments since they have been paid for. read more

I'm so happy with the results I am getting with my laser hair removal. About 6 years ago I paid for a Groupon at a small salon and had temporary results with that hair removal. This is completely different. The results are permanent and I love that they guarantee it! It's worth a little extra to get it done at the right place that will make sure you are getting the results you were hoping for. They are a very dishonest company. Do not ever set payments up to draft from your bank account. They take much more than what you give them permission to take. I blocked them and they send me statements every month saying that I have a bounced check. They make up all kinds of fake charges and bully you with all of this mess every month. You cannot set up an honest way to pay them. They just make up false charges and nothing ever goes toward your balance. When I went to Ideal Image they said that there was no interest but the interest matches 100 percent of the balance. There is a reason that this company has 3 stars. First let me say, everyone at County Line and Colorado Blvd have been wonderful and sweet. It's unfortunate that no one will accept responsibility OR has the ability to correct what went wrong. I am a little more than frustrated. During my initial consultation (via zoom) with the sales individual, we talked about different procedures and benefits. Came up with a reasonable plan. I was told that IF I purchased a membership, I'd receive one of my procedures (Ultherapy) for free. Sounded like a great deal! However, after purchasing ALL of my services and trying to schedule an appointment for my free service, I was told my free membership service wasn't covered. Instead they offer alternatives - which btw are hardly areas anyone has done. Fine. I'll get over it. Went to my first Botox appointment and they asked for an additional $500+.Had already paid for my treatment so I was a little confused. After a 20 minute investigation, it was determined there was a glitch in the system. Okay, glad we cleared that up. This was the first time I've ever had Botox done and I was shocked a few days later. Felt like I had Jack Nicholson eyebrows. Called and with an arm twist and a pull, they got me in that afternoon. The technician have me a little more Botox and... Whoa La ! Have slightly droopy eyelids (less than what I've seen on Google but more than I'm definitely used to) but not being able to put on eye liner without lifting my eyelids was better than looking like I should be on the movie set of The Shining. I'll deal with it. Was assured they'd put it in my notes and know what to do next time (if there is a next tine). My major issue was the scheduling!! Purchased fillers during my consult. Which are not cheap. The day before my filler appointment, I called because I had not received a reminder confirmation and phone call like I did with the Botox appointment. Apparently, it was cancelled. No notes, no reason. It was just cancelled. So... had to rescheduled another appointment 4 weeks out. Went to that appointment but didn't have any treatments (this was on me). Was a little nervous and had found out an hour before my appointment that I had an interview the following day. Couldn't cancel because there would be a $50 fee. Brought that up to the technician and she said, let's reschedule you. She felt my hesitancy to even have the procedure done and gave me some more time to think about it. Awesome woman!! Rescheduled 2 weeks out. Went to my appointment Thursday (have the confirmation email) and they didn't have me on the schedule. What's?!? I was sent the confirmation. Confirmed the appointment. I have proof! What the heck happened?!? Not only did I have to take off work, waste gas, figure out my kiddo situation but this is the third appointment time I was scheduled for the same procedure (not including the one I actually went to). Did I also mention, they had me scheduled for the day prior and was considered a 'no show'. Yup, guessing that'll cost me $50. Never received ANY confirmation for that appointment! Plus for each and every appointment, because it's somewhat invasive, you have to prepare yourself. I am so disappointed. Although it's probably not any one particular person's fault, there were plenty of mistakes several people made which has brought me to submit this poor review. There are plenty of other wonderful, accredited spas offering great deals on memberships and incentives for the perfect beauty your looking for AND they do not have hoops to jump through or 8 weeks out on booking appointments. My suggestion is if you want and pay for over $1800 worth of services, go somewhere else. They are NOT worth the repeated let downs and consistent waste of my time and energy. I was so hopeful and when I had the procedure done back in August. I saved for moths to be able to afford it and am now pretty heartbroken that nothing happened. I purchased over 55 units of Botox. Let me say, I have had Botox for about 10 years now. I always had about 30-33 units for all my areas. I had to go back three times and still my 11 on my left is still there. I went back twice for that one area. Still there. The only thing I cannot think of is, that they are diluting the Botox so much it doesn't work as well. I have never in 10 years spent 589 on Botox for my 43 year old face. read more

I started going to Ideal Image back in Florida about 18 years ago and was so happy when I found they were in Colorado when we moved. They have the absolute best laser hair removal devices (it works after the first treatment) and I will not go anywhere else for botox. Their nurses are well trained and no matter who I get, the results are beautiful. They do not "water down" the product. The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. This place is a scam. They lied about the procedure and then when I requested a refund I was ignored. I researched on my own for cooperate email addresses. I was lied to about my refund and the funds being sent back to the finance company. THIS place don't care if you look good or bad after. All they want is your money. I never even had the procedure done. After I got in the back for my consult I realized this procedure was not going to address my issues. 4 weeks later still no refund. I have hired counsel. This is the worst place ever. I'm blind and live on SSI. I recently lost my husband when I got a phone call from this fast talking sales woman. She pressured me to sign up for CoolSculpting. I told her I'm 5'2 and 104 pounds and she said she still thought I would benefit from it. Later that evening I talked to her and canceled because I had time to reconsider and couldn't afford it. She told me it had already been ordered and was nonrefundable. Now the lending company is after me because they say I owe for services that I never got or agreed to. In regard to their laser tattoo removal service: I wish I could take my business elsewhere but for now I'm stuck with Ideal Image. Unfortunately, they're the only place in the state of Colorado (that I can find) that has a PicoSure laser. The PicoSure is the most effective for laser tattoo removal and as a result, this is the place that gets my money. But I would happily take my business elsewhere if any other place offered PicoSure laser tattoo removal. Everyone seems friendly enough, the nurses are competent and helpful, and the laser is effective so what's the problem? For starters: the consultation appointments are tedious, the pricing is confusing, and depending on what staff member you deal with you may end up paying drastically different amounts per laser session. My first consultation occurred in August at their Westminster location as that is much closer to where I live. That went fine and I scheduled my first laser session at the Englewood location where the PicoSure laser is located. My first laser session went well and I was pleased with the results. I had 2 medium / large multicolor tattoos lasered and paid $670 for one session - no small amount of money but considering how effective it was after just one session, I was happy. About two months later, I decided to add an additional area for tattoo removal. I had to call 3 times before I finally got someone to schedule a consultation for me. At that point I was told that I'd need to schedule a new in-office consultation at their Englewood location to add a treatment area. That was ok, I understood the policy of needing a consultation but I tried to explain that I'd be driving over an hour to get to Englewood for the consultation and would like to schedule an appointment to get the laser services immediately following my consultation to save me time / driving. I was told that they could not reserve a laser appointment for me until I arrived for the consultation. I sort of understand why they would have that policy, for new customers. But I'd already had one treatment on another tattoo, I knew what to expect, and was committed to adding another location. I asked if they could tentatively block off a laser appointment for me, immediately following my consultation? Nope. So last week I drove to the Englewood location for my 2nd consultation appointment. At the front desk, I was told that they didn't have an appointment scheduled for me. Confused, I explained that I did indeed have an appointment and gave the name of the person I'd scheduled the appointment with. After some confusion, the staff figured out there was some kind of a mix-up and I could meet with the sales consultant. I met with her and explained that I wanted to add on 2 much smaller tattoos (together, they would both fit into 1 of the larger tattoos I'd already had lasered a few months ago - and the 2 small areas use only 3 colors in total, compared with dozens of colors in the larger tattoos). I was told that a laser session for these 2 small tattoos would be $742 per session. How could this be? I was SO confused since, less than 2 months ago, I paid $670 per session for areas more than three times the size and with much more color and detail. There was considerable discussion with other staff members in the office and even a phone call to a sales consultant at another location. At the end of the appointment, the consultant I met with (who is a new employee - and told me that it was - I think her 2nd or 3rd day on the job) didn't have a good answer as to why I was paying more for these smaller areas except to say that they use a formula to calculate the costs of the laser removal sessions and that maybe my first consultant gave me some kind of a deal. She said she would check with her regional supervisor to try to get me a discount on these two small areas, and that she would email me the following day. A week later, I have not received an email or a phone call from anyone at Ideal Image. I'm completely perplexed and though I want to chalk this up to a new employee / lack of training situation, I can't help but think that it's indicative of a bigger problem within the company. If any other business begins offering PicoSure laser tattoo removal somewhere in the Denver area, I'll be beating a path to their doorstep immediately. But in the meantime, I'm stuck with the confusing / varying pricing at this location and will reluctantly continue getting services there. read more

Ideal Image appears to be an unscrupulous and unreputable organization. I was unable to make an appointment until I paid in advance (and gave a complete medical history). $1600. I showed up for my appointment on time (30 min drive) and was told how sorry they were but they were unable to perform the service. Reason: I am on a blood thinner (fully disclosed and discussed during my "intake" appointment to assure it would be ok). I asked about getting a refund and was told it would probably be at least 30 days. I got NOTHING from them indicating that they had started processing the refund. I got nothing from them to mitigate my time, effort and gas (note that they would have charged me if I had cancelled within 24 hours). I have tried calling, but their mailbox is full. I've tried calling the main office but could only leave a message (and nobody has returned my call). As a side note, I then had the same procedure done at a plastic surgeon's medspa. Everything went great. In the end, I'm very glad I had it done elsewhere. read more

They prey on the uninformed and the insecure. I have had two procedures done. The hair removal was easy and I should have stopped there but they kept telling me how much cool sculpting would benefit me. Not only did it not help at all, but it was very painful both before and after. Biggest regret of my life. Also, watch out for deferred interest. It is not obvious month to month and you forget 1.5 years later that they even talked to about having you on this plan until you get charged over $1000 more. Overall terrible experience. read more

I haven't had one good experience at the med spa yet and I'm forced to go due to having to pay all the money I did for laser hair removal. They are NEVER on time, prepare to be waiting 30 minutes from when you're appointment is suppose to be at. I also had my credit ran twice by them because someone quite and no one took over to finish my loan paper work and it expired. I also have experienced uncomfortable appointment with some of the workers being rude during my treatments. Lastly they only have nurses who work there and I feel in this environment they should also have esthetician's who actually go to school for laser and Botox and etc. I work in this industry and they way they run this location is ridiculous. I was told I have two more sessions of laser on my legs but yet my hair is no where close to being gone. Thousands of dollars down the drain and after looking at the reviews I see it's not just me who isn't getting the results that were promised. Horrible experience and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. They wouldn't honor my appointment time and instead had me fill out a very long questionnaire. Told me to come back later for service after taking my money and when I said I couldn't come back later (because I planned my day around this appointment and couldn't just come back 4 hours later!), they wouldn't give me a refund. Awful, rude, and unprofessional. When I scheduled, I was told I would be able to have my service done at my actual appointment time. The consultant was visibly irritated when I requested a refund. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there and should've just left. The staff made me feel nervous, frustrated, uneasy, and unwelcome. The problem with this place is how they schedule appointments . You have to fill out a form . They do not call or confirm . When I left for my appointment i had to call for address . It was wrong / sending me an hour and half away . Called and called with no answer . Finally got in half hour later - even though arrived early . Receptionist Terri was the saving grace . My consultation for laser hair removal today went wonderful. All the ladies were pleasant, helpful, and didn't make me feel self-conscious about my unwanted facial hair. My coordinator Suzie :) was simply delightful! Through my whole consultation she educated me on all their services not just LHR. She made me feel comfortable and not the pirya I usually feel like. Suzie did all she could to find the best treatment plan and laser package perfect for my skin. 5 stars is not enough! Besides the hospitality of the staff, the facility was neat and tidy, from the restroom to the treatment rooms and offices. While it was great in the front end, I would hesitate to recommend this company to anyone based on my experiences. When I entered an online inquiry I was contacted immediately amd actually given an appointment the same day. The consultation I had with Lauren was pleasant, as she was friendly and informative.  She followed up immediately and got me financed and made sure I was scheduled.  The day of the procedure the RN, Crystal, was great. She was very informative and explained the procedure thoroughly. I even added the service of Botox that day.  I was told I would be contacted the following day, not just to schedule a follow-up but also to see how I was doing.  This, I found out, was a lie. I have heard from no one at Ideal Image, either to schedule or follow up on my experience. I had to call to schedule a follow up for my Botox and my 2nd phase treatment.  Based on my experience it seems as though Ideal Image is only concerned with getting people in the door and taking their money. They seem to have no care or concern for their clients as people. I was made to feel like a valued client until the procedure was over. Now it is as if I'm forgotten. I would not recommend Ideal Image and would not return, except that I bought a package and have to complete it. Your clients are paying a lot of money for your services and deserve to be treated well, both before and after the procedure. These are procedures that can cause negative physical reactions, especially Botox. A follow up call should not be too much to ask. read more

I walked in to try and talk to someone about cool sculpting. The staff was super friendly and kept calling me by my first name. I didn't really like that because it made me slightly uncomfortable and it became irritating. They don't know me and I certainly don't know them so why is every staff member trying to use my first name as much as possible? We are not on a first name basis! I don't even know your names ladies. I think it was meant to make them seem friendly and comfortable to talk to but I did not feel that way. I ended up walking out of there without signing anything. (which was hard) They tried fir over half an hour to overload me with so much information that when the price tag FINALLY came up I would be so overwhelmed I might just agree to something. Overall I left there feeling more icky than anything. Perhaps I got the wrong impression, but regardless it was way more expensive than I ever thought it would be so I will not go back. read more

HEp ,They the have a staffing problem and I see why, coolsculpting doesnt work 114-116 lbs soaking wet . I went and not only did it hurt ...It didnt work . They new it and so I got a comp. If you could call that one ...By that time I was out 1700$ and hours of my time ..I believe 6 trips there from the mountains where I live hr or so. They had an open spot on superbowl Sunday just for me. I work to hard to go through that crap. Not to mention that HURTS ,those suction cups. I scheduled a consultation and was promised a same day treatment, but the appointments are so tightly booked that it's impossible to get treated the same day. They are way over priced for their laser hair packages and they lie and say it's 70% off when it's not really. Prices change depend on who you talk to. The call center is pushy. I love, love, love Ideal Image at Park Meadows. I am so happy I didn't go anywhere else from my laser hair removal! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and they always have the times I need for my appointments. The services may cost more than what you see from a Groupon or some other place that advertises laser hair removal, but I'm willing to pay more knowing that they use an FDA approved laser for all my treatments and have registered nurses doing my treatments! That gives me peace of mind in the fact that they are trained and know what they are doing. I will continue to go to Ideal Image for the rest of my laser hair removal that I want to still get done in the future. read more
