So I started removing old tattoos I got when I was pretty young in 2019 with UnInked when they were around, 10/10. Then my treatments were transferred over to Removery when they shut down and this place opened up. I never had a good experience, but didn't have other options anymore. I started removal on my back in 2023 and only had a couple sessions. Ended up not being able to do full removal as paid for since I could not get an appointment for MONTHS. So I ended up covering it up instead. Unable to get a refund or anything even though this place was always cancelling appointments. Tried calling for a long time to speak with someone but never got to in 2024 with my work schedule, but now finally got to speak to someone and they refuse. They're counting ALL appointments I had on my other tattoos started at the old place as appointments with them on my back piece saying I received all the treatments. Which I had not otherwise I would not have an entire new huge piece covering the old. Either that or they counted canceled appointments? That were never able to be rescheduled since they always cancelled them. I got tired of having a weird looking kinda falling out ink piece in the center of my back. I would NEVER go here again and since have just covered the rest of my old pieces. The lady on the phone, Kinsley, insanely rude as well. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my experience with this Removery location. I paid them several thousand dollars last summer to remove 2 tattoos I have. My appointments have been cancelled by Removery more often than they have happened as originally scheduled. They have cancelled 4 of my appointments because they are clearly having staff retention issues. I understand things happen, but not 4 times in a row when I am waiting months between visits. This is not the quality of service expected at the high price point. I should have had several more sessions than I have had at this point and I've asked them to have corporate call me and offer some kind of refund because this is ridiculous. No follow up. I wait 8-10 weeks between appointments, take time off work to accommodate commuting there during business hours and they cancel week of. 4 times in a row. Now they are closed down for weeks to try and get it together, but they shouldn't have been taking peoples money knowing they don't have the staff to deliver their services and honor the appointments they schedule. Don't do it. I regret signing up. My tattoos are now starting to lighten nearly a year in and I should be much further along in treatments. read more

This is the most unorganized and poorly managed removery and business! Have been going here for two years and they treat their techs horribly, by overworking them and providing no support. All the techs I've had have been on the verge of tears most days. Now they've cancelled my next appointment and said they won't be open for months. After paying them the amount of money I have I'm in shock! Hopefully they train and treat their next tech better. read more

Currently I am voting based on cleanliness of operation, and perceived knowledge from staff/owner. Interior is decorated nicely and presents as a professional office. Process isn't cheap, but I am hoping it is worth it. Pain is worse than a tattoo but completely bearable. I didn't feel pain afterward, only itching on days 2-3. Although it is very early in my treatment process (2/8) I find the technician's skill and client services impressive. The office looks clean, nicely decorated and fresh. The rep and technician explained everything very well and answered all of my questions and I had many questions. They try to make your treatment as comfortable and as safe as possible and provide you with all the materials needed for after treatment care for every treatment you contractually need to successfully remove your tattoo. I feel I am in good and capable hands and will have a positive experience with this Invisible Ink office that covers the greater Cincinnati and Northern KY region. If your on the fence about getting it done or waiting until after you move out of the area.... don't wait. I'm so glad I decided to come here and get my tattoo process started. Ann and Blake were wonderful, polite, and extremely professional. From the time I sat down, had a procedure done, and went over all the paperwork I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ann was very thorough and went over everything beforehand. The pricing was better than expected and if you are military, you get an extra 10% discount!
