For practitioners and recipients who are not aware, there is a specific diagram for each problem area when injecting fillers. I would greatly appreciate it if you did not insult my intelligence by telling me that I have to put on makeup to see the results, and when I mentioned my previous experiences, your answer was, "Some people do not mesh together." Please acquaint yourself with the facial diagram before this company ends up with a lawsuit. This company is in total denial. The owners have chosen to have a stand-off with their customers rather than rectify the problems. These negative reviews and unsolved issues will only lead to more stringent regulations of med spas. Both times he was in room no more than approx 5 minutes. I saw the medical asst longer then him. My biggest problem is I have 2 health insurances and have never had to pay a copay but his 2 visits cost me at each visit 30.47 and 31.88 because he charges out rages prices for his visits. 1st one was 270.04 for approx 5 -7 min and the 2nd visit he charged 189.12 for less than 5 minutes. I canceled all future appt with him. Once I get over being angry I might go back but to only see a PA or ARNP.
