Had Botox for crows feet and lip filler. I was pretty anxious as this was my first time for both. Nurse Adrienne checked me in and got me set up. She performed Botox. A little sting, but super easy. Since I had two appts I was able to have the numbing cream on my lips for longer. I told them I take awhile to numb up at the dentist. Next was lip filler with Jenny. The numbing cream helped so much. After the first sticks (filler has lidocaine in it), I just felt pressure. End results were great! Jenny is now my go to for lips. Swelling has been minimal (was sent home with ice packs). Bruising just on lips, so could cover with lipstick if I were to go out. read more

If you put in a request for pricing, you will immediately get a phone call, and then be asked to join a Facetime call, in which a very nice sales rep will pressure you into signing an agreement on the spot. I immediately wanted to cancel my purchase. It took them a week to get back to me and then I was told there was nothing they could do. With the membership, you will be promised VIP pricing on all treatments, but read the small print because you only get the 50% off AFTER you purchase a certain amount of treatments. I was also told I get a free service and now I'm being told they no longer offer it. Botox is the cheapest thing they offer, but it's so diluted you need 3x the units for it to work. I tried calling several times when they reopened but could never get through. Then 6/18 Karla emails me to make an apt, I replied 6/19, nothing back. I emailed again 6/26, still no reply. I've continued trying to call, and today someone answered almost immediately and transferred me to the "scheduling department". I have been on hold for 53 (yes, FIFTY) minutes now. This is ridiculous, and extremely frustrating that I can't just call the location directly for something I have already paid for. Don't go here. I like bunker hill location. They are nice and clean environment. Nurses are very approachable and make you feel at ease. They even clean your face before and after the procedure with sunscreen moisturizer.This location no,You will have a messy hair due to JelIy. You are lying on a dirty bed. I had a zoom consultation in July and was told that BBL was the best thing, better than previous laser treatments I had had elsewhere that were successful. The salesperson said I would only need 3 treatments based on what she saw. I have had 3 treatments and even the tech said my results were "unremarkable." I basically threw away $800. OMG!! this place gets better and better (ironically!)!! I thought they could never be worst, turns out they could! If you want to save money and keep your sanity, take your business somewhere else. She literally withheld my paid treatment from me claiming my contract has expired considering they have never respected the contract. I find it very ironic! I refuse to leave until they book my next appointment on Saturday, and I guess what! I call to confirm my appointment, and my appointment does not exist! And without mentioning that I have not achieved the results I paid for! They offered additional 3 treatment (because they never respected the scheduling in the past), and then they said we never guaranteed that you will achieve the results needed and if you do want to get what you paid for, you need to pay for the touch-ups! The reason for such a low rating is because two ladies that were working the evening shift profiled my father because he was outside smoking while waiting for my mom to get out of her treatment. We paid thousands of dollars and instead of opening the door and asking him if he was waiting for someone they automatically lock the doors on him not allowing him to enter to the waiting area. It was cold out and raining! They later explained that they locked the doors because they've had someone come in with a gun and try to rob the place before. So out of all the people that go by the store everyday. You lock the door on my father? Why? Because of the color of his skin? The actual laser treatment is fantastic and it works. All of the ladies who work at this location are great and very professional. That being said, when it comes to the billing and the payment plan it was NOT made clear the actual terms of the payments during my consultation. I pay more than my minimum every month, but apparently my minimum never reflected any sort of interest charges. I was just slapped with $850 of interest because despite my over payments I did not pay off the entire plan by a certain date and I will now have to pay interest on the full total. As a skincare therapist, I have a many clients asking about laser hair removal. I am aware of the processes, however I did not have a place in mind to refer them to...until now. Because I am an African American female, it was imperative that I research a place that had state of the art technology (YAG laser) and whose goal is to protect the integrity of the skin. Ideal Image (Heights) went above and beyond the call of duty to answer every question that I had from a personal and professional standpoint. I also enjoy the fact that only trained nurses perform treatments. Initially, I scheduled a consultation on behalf of my clients, however after speaking with the staff, I decided to begin treatment that day. Alaina was my nurse and I admire her love for what she does. The ladies at the front desk as well as the back office are also very sweet and informative. I would 100% recommend them. If I'm going to be loosing clients, I prefer that they choose a facility that cares as much as I do for their skin. This is definitely the place to consider for hair removal.
