My significant other called this store last week looking for shiplap for our beach house. After visiting a few places, they told us they had everything we were looking for. So when we headed this morning, we were ecstatic to get there. To our misfortune, the lady at the front was a a total disappointment. We come in with samples to show her and she indicates that she only has one size that we were looking for. My significant other starts to ask more questions and she just seems very uninterested, annoyed, and was even texting, and looking down the entire time. They were able to provide some of what we needed. We headed to the lumber department and those folks in the back were a little easier to talk to. They were very helpful and pleasant. My significant other called to report the incident and the manager did apologize. However, this kind of treatment to their customer will do any small business damage.
