The Rosol's New Britain facility is multi-purpose. It's where they execute at least certain aspects of production. It appears to be the distribution hub. And it has a retail store. The retail store is behind a a Vault Door. The store is essentially inside a cooler. So why would you visit the NB Retail Shop rather than just buy MR's products in stores? The MR product choices are wider and easier to find since they're all in one room. They have curated some products like pickles, mustard and kraut they think go with their meats. If you're a Blackie's Hot Pepper Relish fan, for instance, they sell jars of it. They sell a very well seasoned chili in cartons that goes well with their dogs. The fact that you're buying everything at the source in a cold environment, makes me think you're getting max fresh food. The dogs I grilled last night were great.
