MailWerkz is my go to for shipping but there is so much more. Printing pictures today was so simple and we had great support from the owners, they are so personable and happy to assist. Avoid the chaos, the crowdedness. Come to them! I remember Jennifer and Lorraine. Both sweethearts. They know what they're doing! Jennifer helped me print out a big photo for my mother in law's celebration of life. Office depot, did a terrible job. I was stressing out as the viewing was within a few days. I found MailWerkz and Jennifer worked her editing skills and printed out a beautiful photo of my mother in law. Clear and colorful. I have also recommended a few friends of mine to do their live scans here. It's quick and easy. They also apply this moisturizing cream to help capture your prints better. But that's not the amazing part of it. It's really how soft and oil-free your skin looks after putting it. During my visit they weren't selling it at that time. I stopped going to the usual place I go to because I feel they started charging me an arm and a leg to do anything there and plus, the customer service was never all that great. This place is fantastic. Vanessa and Justin are lovely people and their service is of the highest standard . They are friendly and knowledgeable and always patient and super helpful. Mel is always a joy and greets me by name whenever I come in. I mean really...... where else does that happen these days???? Daniel was patient and so kind. He said he would call me in a couple hours since he was busy that day. No biggie... he ended up calling me only 20 mins later to say it was a simple fix and ready to be picked up. When I arrived I asked how much it would be and he said nothing! I needed to get my fingerprints taken and found MailWerkZ through the CAgov website. They had the most flexible hours, payment methods and the best rolling fee. I called them to make sure I didn't need an appointment, which I didn't. Lorraine took excellent care of me and was friendly & talkative. The fingerprinting process went smoothly. She knew exactly how to do it. Afterwards, I also sent my paperwork with tracking. Blatantly rude customer service from the husband on multiple occasions. Very disappointed with the lack of approachable hospitality. In my opinion mom and pop operations should offer the most authentic customer service experience to those that support your business. Each time the wife is approachable and seems to save the day but a negative first impression is hard to overlook when it becomes a pattern. On multiple occasions I have entered the store to use the mail services. Today, I was greeted with a rude greeting of "what do you need" by the husband and as I chose to overlook his small minded rudeness and greet him properly (As a Veteran I choose to show respect in order to receive it back) he cuts me off and then asks me again (what do you need) only to pass me off to the wife. Sure it would have been easy for me to have an alpha attitude back to confront the lack of customer service but it seems that this business owner has some outdated notions that he should deal with because his current way of dealing with customers is detrimental to the business and is a liability. Maybe retirement is necessary because the world is changing and your reputation will be affected greatly. In conclusion, I took my business down the road to another mail supply store and I wouldn't recommend or return based on the pattern of behavior over the past 12 months. read more

Very little consideration for others. They watched me unload my children, carry them into my older child's preschool and followed me in to announce that I had been parked in their (not just theirs) 10 minute parking spot for too long. I have parked in that spot 3 days a week for more than 6 months and have never exceeded 10 minutes. I arrived early and had a phone call and also had to get 2 other kids in and out of the car and it took more than 10 minutes. But instead of extending grace and realizing that it wasn't a pattern at all. They proceeded to berate me in front of my children, other students, and his teacher. So after loading my kids up, I walked back into their place of business and asked for consideration in the future because I was in fact a customer of theirs as well. Instead of the man who addressed me responding, I was met with 4 other women immediately shouting (not exaggerating at all) "it says 10 minutes, 10 minutes, 10 minutes, we have kids too, 10 minutes" over and over again until I walked out. When I walked out, I also took notice that every single 10 minute spot (at least 5 of them) were open and available. If you need a filthy kids play area or gross complimentary coffee while you handle your mail needs, then I'm sure this place will do. But if you care about supporting quality small businesses who still provide kindness in today's world, I think you should take your mail needs elsewhere.
