Go anywhere else. I had an appointment and drove 40 miles only to see a sign on the door saying they were having technical difficulties. No call, text message or email letting me know. Rescheduled for the next week to find another sign on the door saying there was an emergency. Again no notice or regard for anyone's time or money spent to get there. read more

Customer service is non-existent. The building STINKS! The building is sketchy as hell! I waited over 30 mins for the appointment. Then the dirty blonde woman slammed the door in my face while she took my son to get his finger prints done. I gave her his id, my credit card for payment and then she asked for his SS# which was once again with me. SHE SNATCHED MY PHONE OUT OF MY HANDS AND SLAMMED THE DOOR IN MY FACE! She had my son's personal info, mine as well and my credit card info behind closed doors! And then cancelled our appointment. She is the rudest human i've ever encountered. The dirty blonde headed lady that works behind the counter is the rudest human I have ever dealt with in a public place ever. She is perched up in her desk not wanting to help anyone and you can tell she's already going to be difficult asking for ALL the documents that you know she doesnt need (or even the website didn't say were needed) . I had to thank her for NOTHING when I left since I drove all the way out there only for her to be extremely rude and unhelpful, and she continued to scream at me, as a customer, as I walked out of this very sketch building. Seandee Asher/Tullos was the lady that did my fingerprints. And let me tell you she a little snoop or nosey nelly as they say. First of all she didn't allow my partner to come in with me to the back room while getting the service done unless she was going to pay? Which made no scene. This is the second time I do this and Ive done fingerprinting in front of strangers so I didn't understand what the big deal was with that. Throughout the process she had a bad attitude. She goes on to start asking me, how old is my significant other and what my significant other does for a living? Like really, keep the questions about me only. Wanted to bring awareness to my girlies out there looking to come here. Be diligent! And know when it's best to lie! She really took note of how young I was and thought I'd be vulnerable! read more

Indentogo in Porter are wonderful. I called to schedule an appointment and the owner and her son were so helpful. They suggested we come in as a walk in and they would get me and my husband through quickly. They are true to their word! They are so gracious and answered all of our questions about the process.
