I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

He is always there, I've never seen anyone else but him on the job. He is the kindest man and is soo helpful! Other places will charge you extra for boxes and other stuff when he will simple offer them to you for free. I've been to all the places in Magnolia for mail and I either have a negative experience or nothing rememberable. But here he goes above and beyond, he even showed me how to order free boxes and labels from usps.com. Plus they sell Girl Scout cookies during that season. I literally never review places but had to go out of my way to do this one because he is so awesome!

Really dissapointing experience with the two employees running the store around noon today…read more There was a lady in line waiting for her package- which she showed reciept to. Wasted several minutes while she kept saying her package was right infront of them (on the counter). They ignored her. Finally at the end one of the two looked where she was pointing and low and behold it was her package. Then the two employees started bickering over who didnt read the label correctly I needed a notarization- couldnt do it. I wanted a passport photo- couldnt do that either. One of the employees is dressed like a bum, the other one cant read. My weekday experiences have been good, but this weekend was a major setback.

THE cameras and security gates is what gave me a peace of mind. Now I feel everything is open for the theifs.
