One of the worst experiences of my life. Claimed they were close and that there was no way I had an appointment. I attached the confirmation that says that I do in fact have an appointment. Within itself, that was an incredibly frustrating experience but then you add on top how insanely rude the woman working there was to me. She refused to even look at my confirmation email that confirmed that I did in fact have an appointment. They need to update their scheduling to reflect the fact that they do close at 6:30 and therefore should not offer appointments past that time. And also they need to work on how they treat other people, especially when they are blatantly in the wrong! Will do everything in my power to avoid ever going back here or giving them my business. What a joke.

Here is a copy of my background check from Identogo.

I paid $50.87 for an Identity History Check that I need quickly for my new job. The results came in and are blank. I've called customer service twice, and Identogo said that yes, they are having technical difficulties. They have no idea when or IF they can fix the problem. The results are only available for five days, and they told me that if they don't figure it out, then I have to start from the beginning and get fingerprinted again. Customer service is completely unsympathetic. So frustrating. Thanks for nothing Norma.

Came here for a TSA precheck fingerprinting appointment. Rude staff and poor communication. Would not recommend.

Rude people with a lack of communication and no respect for your time. Miserable experience with IdentoGo.

My appointment was for 11:00 am but I got there really early (10:30 am). Both the waiting rooms were small--they seat approximately seven people. There was a lady who came in at the same time as me and she asked the people when their appointments were as she was trying to gauge how long the wait was. One guy said that his appointment was for 10:00 am so they were a half hour behind schedule. Also, they had people sign in but there was no one in front, they would just call your name from the back room. Occasionally, an employee would take a picture of the sign-in sheet. My name was called at around 11:10 am, which isn't bad considering other people were waiting for over 40 minutes. The actual process was quick and easy--you have to show your state ID (I paid ahead of time), give them your DOB, and enter your SSN#. After that, they do the fingerprinting. Once the fingerprint is finished, they take your picture (no smiling) and print out two receipts (one for you and one for your employer). The space is small with metal folding chairs. There's nothing esthetically pleasing about the place. Hopefully, I won't need fingerprinting done for a long time.

The hispanic one spoke to me as if I was supposed to know everything about the fingerprinting process, offered no greeting, and treated questions like an inconvenience. Even worse, instead of politely inviting someone into the office, they just yelled for them to come in without stepping out to assist. I ended up translating for an elderly man who spoke limited English to go inside, and instead of being patient with him and requesting his documents, the other young lady yelled at him to take his documents out. There was no respect for elders or customers in general. This kind of dismissive, rude behavior is completely unacceptable for any service establishment. They only laughed an smiled with each other when it comes to the customer blank rude stares as if you forced them to come to work.
