In and out in less than 5 mins. Made my appt on the TSA app; appts get priority. I walked in a couple of mins before my appt, signed in and barely sat down for 1 min. Was taken to a cubicle, processed and on my way. I really like that everything, to include payment, can be done in the individual cubicles. There was a guy waiting when I walked in and about 3 people right after me with appts. Everyone with an appt was processed almost immediately. Let's start off by clearing up some things about fingerprinting. I've been fingerprinted at least 4-5x for various jobs, internships, school... it always sucks. It usually takes forever because there's only one person working, the machines are down, or whatever other reason. I've gone to fingerprinting locations in California, a few in Texas, and one in DC. This IdentoGo was by far the fastest, easiest experience I've had. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes, despite the line being 5 people deep when I got there. The workers were efficient, did their job, and even had the courtesy to tell people they'd "be right with you" when you walked in cause it looks like an abandoned mess at first (as in, there's 5 people waiting in the lobby area and no receptionist). I had an appointment at 3:20 (arrived at 3:15) and was called back shortly after to get my fingerprints done. There were 2 people working this location (at other places, I've only seen 1 overworked person stuck in a tiny room). This location was much larger, spacious, and actually had adequate waiting space. There were even live plants. If I ever need to get fingerprinted (hopefully never again), I'd definitely come back here! read more

Visited after scheduling an appointment for a TSA PreCheck number. The area across the street is nice but the shopping center this is located in looks pretty rough. Once inside I was surprised how simple the business setup is, there's a receptionist and a few cubicles in this small shopping center suite. The receptionist wasn't very friendly but we interrupted her watching YouTube videos on her phone. I was called back about 15 minutes past my appointment time. Once in the cubicle, the lady wasn't very nice but fast in processing my information. The process took about 10 minutes. A few days later I received a confirmation of the entire process, within the time frame the lady had stated. Overall, the process was simple but the location and initial impression didn't impress me. read more

I called the 1800 number and made an appointment for the next day. I confirmed later that day and received an email saying i was good to go. I arrived and the people said the machine was down and it had been down for over a week and the central office should not have sent me or any others as they had done for the last week as they know the machine is down. I called the head office again and they have no way to contact any of the stores as none of the stores have contacts or phones. The store i went to said i should just drive to another store 45 min away but the central person said they would not make an appointment. there is no communication (per the central person between the office and the store. it was incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. no responsibility on the part of the company to see how to rectify this. I needed to get finger printed for my new job so I scheduled an appointment at the closest location to my home. My appointment was scheduled for 8:20 AM and I approved 10 minutes early as I was told to do so. Upon arrival there is a hand written sign on the door stating they won't be open till 8:30 AM so they can have a team meeting. I get it, you need to have a meeting. However, do not have this during my scheduled meeting time that I paid for. I was late to work due to this experience. read more

Unorganized or short staffed, I'm not sure which. I had a scheduled appointment time and still waited 30 min. Lobby was completely full and some people were walking out due to the wait times. The lady that did me was rather short tempered with people and almost rude. I needed fingerprints done for my job. I made an appointment at this location. The gentleman did my prints and I noticed that there were pop ups indicating that the prints were not good but he acted like everything was fine. My prints were rejected by the FBI so I made an appointment to have my fingerprints done again, thinking that they would be free since they were rejected by the FBI. I was forced to pay for more prints and they were still bad. I then went to a local police station and had the prints done in ink. Hopefully the ink prints will make the FBI happy but I am out the cost of three sets of prints. Don't waste your time on this place! read more

I scheduled an appointment to get my fingerprints done for Friday at 9:20am. Got there at roughly 9am but saw a couple people walking in already so I decided to go in early. The receptionist lady was rude and had no smile or welcoming feel, seemed like she just wanted to get you over with and on to the next. I didn't even sit down for 5 min and they called my name to go back. The guy that helped with my prints was super friendly and the whole process in and out the door took maybe 10min. I'd recommend scheduling an appointment early and showing up early. Would've given 5/5 if the lady was nice and welcoming. Other than that I have no complaints! read more

If I could give this place ZERO I would. I have my fingerprints done here, and they were rejected. They were digitally smudged. There was nothing I did wrong that could've ruined them. The person who did them is to blame. I showed up without an appointment for a redo, and they told me I've had to pay again. I called customer service for a refund, and they said that they couldn't give me a refund because don't refund this service. I explained how I went the one who took my prints. I said it was their unskilled employee. They didn't care. The employee that greeted me today was also very unprofessional. She called her office in front of customers and whined and complained about a walk-in. All while customers were listening. She didn't want to redo my fingerprints. Do NOT go here if you need fingerprints for a visa!! I went and paid $21, they give you 2 sets of cards, but the FBI rejected the prints for being too light. When I went back to this establishment and explained the situation, I was met with the worst customer service!! They told me I had to pay another $21 and that they could not guarantee that the second set would be accepted. Save yourself the money, go down to the police station on S Santa Rosa, it costs $10, no wait, and the prints are 5x darker!! They'll even put a magnifying glass over the prints before giving them to you to ensure the rings may be read. read more

They do bare minimum to get the job done and even at that, have fallen short. I had initial fingerprints done here and they were rejected....so fingers crossed the second time works (you have to go to the same location the second time). I'd go here if I were in dire straights, otherwise I'd look into a different location. The main office and this location gave me opposing information and as a result cost me to be charged again so maybe there's a larger, more fundamental problem at work here. read more

My husband and I came in to finish applying for TSA pre-check and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. I recommend making an appointment for one of the first time slots of the day - they're less busy than later in the day when people are on their lunch break or getting off work. My husband went in on a weekday at 8:30 am and had been fingerprinted, paid, and was out the door in 4 minutes. I went later in the day and was in and out in under 10 minutes. TSA Pre Check Appointment I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment this morning. The check in process was fast. Be sure to have all your documents available before you go up to the desk as that will help streamline the process. Also, keep the documents out because they will ask for them again. The gentleman at the front desk didn't mention it to me. Anyway, I sat down for no more than 5 minutes before I was called back. I was done in no time. Maybe less than 10 minutes. Bryan was informative & professional. I ended up getting passport phots done there as well. My daughter is 2 so it took some time to get the picture. Bryan was EXTREMELY kind & patient. I appreciated that because it can get really stressful quick when dealing with a toddler who may or may not meltdown. Needless to say, we got the picture! Even with the added service of getting 2 sets of passport pictures along with doing TSA Pre check, I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I recommend scheduling an appointment if you can. It was my scheduled appointment time and everyone seemed busy with each other that worked there. The man who ended up helping me actually had gone out to his car got his cell phone and stood there and text a few minutes before he helped me. Several times he took my prints and his machine still show they weren't right but he said it was OK. Later on my fingerprints have been rejected by the state causing me three more weeks already waiting on an FBI search. I would find a different location read more
