I never expected to go viral locally, but I also never expected to be treated so disrespectfully during a simple fingerprinting appointment. I had a scheduled appointment at IdentoGO for my insurance fingerprinting and arrived on time at 3:10. Despite that, I was left waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment while late walk-ins and others were being helped. When I kindly mentioned the delay and suggested a potential solution, like staggering appointments more than 10 minutes apart or reducing overlap on appointments, I was met with hostility instead of professionalism. The employee told me she didn't like my "attitude" and flat-out refused to service me. I was stunned. I calmly explained that I had waited patiently and was only offering feedback to improve their system. But instead of resolving the issue, she doubled down, told me to leave, and even refused to provide her name or that of her coworker when I asked to report their behavior to a supervisor. What shocked me most was overhearing them talk about calling the police on me and my mother, simply for asking questions and advocating for better service. That's the moment you see in the video, my mom standing up and calling out their actions after we realized how far they were willing to go to silence us. It wasn't just unprofessional. It was demeaning, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. This experience wasn't just about bad customer service. It was about being dismissed and disrespected for speaking up, and that's not okay. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I took the day off from work, showed up for a long scheduled appointment only to be told that their system is down (which apparently happens at this location). The ladies working there were cranky, rude and unsympathetic and told me I could come back the next day, which was not possible. I ended up going to the Blanco location and they were AWESOME! They were super friendly and helpful. It was like a totally different business, I couldn't believe the difference. Save yourself the time and inconvenience and go to the Blanco location where they'll actually treat you with dignity. And their system actually works. read more

If you need to have fingerprints done, don't go here! Their equipment is sketchy at best. Went today and the two women there were constantly having to coax their software to work and then I get home and find out the fingerprints I had done were no good and I have to do it again. The two women there were more concerned about starting their lunch break than they were with getting my fingerprints done. I had a appointment here a few months ago. There are only two people that work here on a daily basis. The man is super super rude and act like he hates his job. I wanted to tell him that he needed to do something that he likes. Just FYI....if you hate your job that much then quit! Had an appointment scheduled for 10 am, which I scheduled weeks ahead of time. I even called the main phone number the morning of and they did not tell me there was any sort of issue. I arrive and the lady states "our machine is broken. Go to the Blanco location." I say that's odd, no one told me not to come or to reschedule. But oh well -- I drive 20 minutes away to another location, where there is an out the line door. The woman behind the desk is not helpful and can't give a time estimate. After scheduling appointments online a week prior, my husband, son and I visited the IdentoGO branch on Park Ten Blvd in SATX. Although our appointments were 08:20AM, 08:30AM & 08:40AM, we were greeted cordially upon arrival at 08:00AM and expeditiously assisted by Irene, who captured our fingerprints electronically for our License-to-Carry applications with DPS, retrieved payment for the service and took our photos! I had a background check done to get my Builders License. However, when I tried to get the results after entering all the data, It would say view results. Although the results would not pull up on the screen. After call various numbers and talking to a few different people. Nobody was able to help. The promps they have on the phone will not allow you to take to anyone specific to correct the problem. In short I had to go down town to the Police Station to have the process done again. Same as others have mentioned. Appt doesn't matter when they go as they please and then have the nerve to tell people that if they don't like it that they can reschedule. Last time it was some cranky old man talking down to people. Today he is replaced with a cranky old lady. She says she's taking people as they come so what's the point of me making an appt if they are going to ignore it! This location has a real problem. There was a time when there were 2 nice ladies who were pleasant to deal with and always helpful and let you know if they were falling a little behind and would be upfront about talking walk ins. Only plus is a nice citizen let me cut in front of her appointment. In a rush don't bother. Just show the F up like everyone else! F this place! Don't recommend at all. I was there 10 days ago and got my fingerprints done. Yes the man was rude. He's not happy being there. He also told me that my fingerprints and the receipt will automatically be documented to JBCC in Austin so that I can get my (BLANK) License they were not. Just got my fingerprints done here. My employer prepaid for me, and gave me a code to input online when I scheduled my appointment. But the first thing out of the mans mouth was "we don't pre pay here. You can't pay online. Let's just get this done." He kept talking over me and wouldn't let me explain how my employer gave me a code and I had a receipt. He literally just talked over me as if I wasn't there. His attitude was very poor with everyone he dealt with while I was there. I think it's important to remember that this office primary job is to take fingerprints. And thats what the gentleman is there to do. He was not super friendly at first, he just wanted to get his job completed. But at the end, I made small talk and he was super sweet guy who is nearing retirement. read more
