I had to get fingerprinting done for my license. So, I chose the IdentoGo location closest to me. If heading from the south on highway 90, I would just get on the feeder road sooner to avoid missing the small street that this spot is located in. They have ample parking in their private lot. What's actually interesting about this service is that they're located towards the back of the Texas Gun Club store when you come in. Before you walk towards the back of the store, check yourself in first at the computers along the right side of the store so that IdentoGo knows you've arrived. I think on this particular day, they had only 1 of the 2 fingerprinting machines running. But, the wait wasn't very long. They called my name and brought me in. I was done with fingerprinting and paying within 15-20 minutes. The woman who was helping me with the fingerprinting was sweet and professional. Don't forget to bring a valid drivers license and credit card. They do not take copies of ID nor do they accept cash. It was also under $40 for fingerprinting, which wasn't expensive. Overall, their service was efficient. One more thing - they do take walk ins, but it won't be as efficient as if you had an appointment. They might tell you to come back another day. read more

The lady that took the fingerprints and picture was rude.. She didn't even let me take another picture and i was confused because I am paying for the picture. If I don't like the picture I've the right to retake it and she said "no" . I needed fingerprinting for my professional license, so I made an appointment here. It's located inside Texas Gun Club I recommend arriving early for your appointment. Walk to the back right and check in at the self serve kiosk, then wash your hands with soap and water in their restrooms. They'll text you when it's almost your turn - meanwhile, you can sit and wait or browse their shop. I was called back around the time of my appointment, and the employee cleaned the fingerprinting machine before I used it. The process was quick - I was done in under 10 min. They've got the process down pat -- the employee knew all the tricks to make the process smooth and hiccup-free. read more

I was welcomed very nicely. However, the lady that took my fingerprints was very rude. I informed my job not to send anyone here for prints. I was simply putting my phone on silent and she turned around and said "in case I didn't tell you, there are no phones allowed." Then proceeded to point at the sign that I had just read. Her tone and vibe was all the way off. I should've asked her was she having a bad day. Then she asked me did I want someone else to fingerprint me. I just want to get away from you and your evil spirit. Idk how people get a job then treat patrons like shit as if I was bothering her for doing her job. read more

Had an appointment at 12:20 and was out of there at 12:40. The whole process was smooth and easy. The GPS will take you further down so make sure you look for Texas Gun Range as they are inside it Oh and Dont forget to look your best as they will also snap a picture of you ! read more

This was one of the only places I have been in the past year that feels like they're using evidence-based and logical protocols for disinfection and sanitation during the pandemic. When you walk in to the Texas Gun Club, the IdentoGO facilities are located in the back right corner. They have a self-help kiosk where you can sign in with your name. They have chairs lined up outside for you to wait in. There were 2 people working, and every 5 minutes or so, they would take another person back. I arrived right on time for my 11:20 appointment on a Thursday, but had to wait in line behind 7 other people (not sure if they were late for their own appointments or why that happened). It's inside of a gun range with no signs posted outside. Look for the sign in kiosk computers. They will let you stand there. Not very friendly. Process is weird compared to past experiences doing the same thing. Glad that's over. read more

I encountered a very rude individual at this place. Reviews for their other locations are the same. An incredibly unfriendly, rude, old, white haired lady did my prints. If you can't handle civilization, maybe find a job that doesn't involve human contact, or any living things in general. Don't know what made her hate herself, her life or the world so much that she has to act this way. Her life must be so miserable and pathetic that she doesn't know any other way to exist. At least be professional enough to fake it, after all you are being paid to perform this service. From start to finish, she couldn't stand to be bothered to do her job. When I was trying to ask if we were done and if there was anything else, she interrupted me before I could finish and said, "I cannot answer any questions about your agency, only about IdentoGO". Unfortunately they are contracted by many (including government) entities to do fingerprinting, so we have no options and they have no incentive to improve. read more
