Shariff Butt is good at somethings but not all things. He will tell you he can fix anything but is limited in his scope. He gives a 3 day warranty because some of his work will last that long. His shop is big and it gives him false credibility. He gave me a good price on a mini-USB replacement...but he was learning on my phone and didn't tell me. He said he was an expert and had done it many times. He fixed it 3 times before I took it to someone else. The placed that fixed it mocked his work and they were able to fix once and fixed it right. I had the pleasure of meeting Shariff and his father after dropping my iPhone about 10 too many times. Before going here I stopped by another place who said they could fix my phone but it won't be ready for pickup until around 5 pm or 6 pm (that's 7 hrs). They wanted $125 to replace the screen and the loud speaker. Yea...No. I didn't have the time! So I sat in the parking lot and got on Yelp and called around. Some places didn't answer or others quoted me near the $100-$125 price... Then I called Shariff - he answered the phone, said it could be done in 20 minutes, and quoted me $75. Then, we hung up, and he even texted the address of the business. Awesome! After my phone was fixed I took a bunch of business cards to hold on to hand out as my friends break their phones (they always do). I will recommend them again and again! So happy! read more

Sent my Galaxy Note II airborne and spidered the screen. Awesome. Called a few places on my end of town and they gave me unfortunate estimates of repair cost and time. Anyway, I saw these guys here on Yelp and called them. They came in $70 cheaper than the closest competitor, and installed a factory-refurbished screen unit instead of the alternative "heat gun, prayer, and new glass" method. And They did it in an hour. I was most impressed that they made a point of being non-shady. My phone was encrypted when I took it to them, so I wasn't worried about data theft. Before I told them about the encryption, they had already advised me to take the SIM and SD cards with me. Very cool. The guy running the repair show appears to be son of the wireless store owners. The guy looked at it and took it in said he could repair it for $200. I called 2 days later to see if he had already fixed it or to know when I could go pick it up, then they told me it might take a little longer because he couldn't find the screen that'll work with that iPad to where I was confused but I said ok. Then called again to get updated because I was going out of town for New Years and the guy over the phone told me I could go get it Monday when I returned. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. First time I used their services, it was to repair a broken iPhone screen. I paid whatever their price was without argument, and it was higher than everyone else but I was told they do a good job. Six hours after I picked up my phone, it was freezing on me and half the screen wasn't working. I called them and told them right away and they said that they would send a mobile repair guy to fix my phone wherever I was. After the guy came and fixed my phone, he wanted to charge me for that service. I'm not gonna pay again when it wasn't done right the first time. So I didn't pay him and he was mad but he left. Fast forward five months later. I took an iPad to them to do a factory restore. The guy told me he could do it when every other place said they could not. I thought why not give it a try? Big mistake. The guy told me he needed it for a few days. I told him I was traveling for work and needed my iPad back on a specific day. He said no problem. I went that day to pick it up and it was not ready. Not only was it not ready but he had damaged the original screen. I was extremely mad, but I left it with him and told him I would come back after my trip was done. I came back after my trip and it was not ready. This happened four times - they had my iPad for almost 2 months. I got it back today, and it was not fixed. DO NOT go to these people! Well, after 4 years, I have given them my business for the final time. Brought my phone in with a cracked screen. Not only was it replaced with an old used scratched and beat-up defective part, the sound is around 1/5 of what it was and is so bad I can barely hear anyone on the other line. At first, there was NO sound, so I turned my car around and drove back to the store. On top of that, the guy behind the counter swapped my Samsung brand battery out with a different one. He had absolutely no reason for doing this other than to steal from a customer. Nice. How did I know. My battery was fully charged when I brought the phone in. The battery was dead when he gave me the phone back a couple hours later. He admitted it after I said something. He tried to scam me. They used to be good when I started bringing my phones to them 4 years ago. Never again will that happen. Check your stuff before handing it over to them, and when you pick it up. Found their ad on Craigslist and came in to have my iPhone 6s screen repaired. Dropped it off and within 10-15 minutes my phone was ready. They replaced the screen yes, however the screen they used was not for an iPhone 6s. You could tell immediately that the screen was not the original screen, looked very cheap like some off brand shit. Unfortunately there are no refunds or returns so i just had to deal with it. I called several places around Houston and they had the lowest price to replace my iPhone 5s screen with LCD. The screen was broken and there was frame damage to the phone. I came in around 6pm after work last week and Shariff replaced the screen and re-bent the frame into the correct position within 10 minutes, all while assisting other customers as well! This is my SECOND time dealing with this store, both times resulted in unsatisfactory results. In 2015, I had a Samsung S6 Edge + phone that had a shattered screen. It was just sitting on my beside table when a door knocked into the table & a bottle of perfume fell on my phone & shattered the screen. I was unaware there was damage until 5 minutes later when my phone made a noise (the sound it makes when it restarts & comes back on). It was then that I saw that my screen was damaged. The light kept blinking, but the screen was black. I called Shariff & he quoted me $280 for a new screen & it could be done in 30 mins & that he had the part & could repair my phone that day. Cool, my husband & I took off of work, made arrangements for payment & then made the long journey to Harwin from The Woodlands. We arrive & are told that it will be about 45 - 1 hour before the part arrives + another 30 minutes for the repair to be made. We end up going to grab some food in the meantime. We make it back to the store about 2 hours later only to be told that my phone isn't ready. He is still waiting on the part to arrive. The part arrives about 45 mins later. Shariff takes my phone apart & begins to replace the screen. He gets it put all back together & It doesn't come on. We put it on the charger & it charges up a bit, but still nothing. He said that he could take it to his personal workshop if I let him keep my phone over night & he would try to fix it for me. I reluctantly agreed & he told me that it would be ready by the evening time the very next day. My husband took off the very next day & drove all the way out to Harwin from the Woodlands again only to be told by Shariff that he wasn't able to even get to his workshop the evening before. He promised up & down it would be ready the very next day. The next day my husband takes off of work AGAIN, & drives down there for the third day in a row. [Before you say anything about him taking off work being our fault, our jobs are not compatible with Royal Wireless business hours. Every place we called out here in the Woodlands wanted DOUBLE what Shariff charged & told me it would take up to 2 weeks! I cannot be without my phone for that long, I don't know anyone that can.] Shariff informed my husband that the motherboard was hit so hard that it also had a dent & was fried. My husband asked for my phone back, they told him that he still owed the price of the new replacement screen. My husband said he wanted the original broken screen back so that we could send into the insurance company for a refurbished phone. Shariff tells him that they threw my original broken screen away the first day we went to the store, it is not their policy to keep parts & that I still had to pay the $280 for the screen even though it didn't fix my problem. In the meantime, I had already paid the $175 for a refurbished replacement through insurance that was in the mail. I couldn't send back a phone with no front. It was then that I made a call & bitched at him over the phone. I flat out refused to pay the full amount for the part. We argued back & forth, him saying "he's already took a loss & he's not making any money due to the price of the parts". I'm sorry, but that's not my problem. Finally, we came to an agreement. We would both "take a loss". He wasn't going to give me my phone until I paid him. Even though HE THREW AWAY THE ORIGINAL PARTS TO MY PHONE BEFORE MY PHONE WAS FULLY REPAIRED THUS FORCING ME TO PAY FOR A PART I HAD NO USE FOR! Even after all of that, I still promoted him and his business. I directed numerous friends from the Woodlands to his store. I now have the Samsung S7 Edge in silver. I have a crack on the back screen. I call Shariff and he says he has the part, $50, 20 mins done today. I call my husband to make the drive. I call Shariff one more time to send his person to get the part in silver. He tells me he already has the part in silver. My husband gets all the way down there and they only have Blue, Black or Gold. He tells my husband silver is an INTERNATIONAL color & no one has them. Best he can do is put a gold back on for me. Uh, no. That means I wouldn't get my upgrade. Why did you lie to me, Shariff? I asked you in advance BEFORE we made the drive & you said you had it no problem. I will NEVER return to your shop.
