After being w mint mobile for a couple years, my SIM card died. I spent a couple hours on the phone…read morewith Mint and they had a variety of excuses as to why I could no longer get my phone to work properly. It's amazing how naive custimer support thinks customers are. Anyway, I said when I leave work, I'm going to stop by the first cell phone company I see and I'm changing services. T-Mobile was the winner. I spent 3 hours in T-Mobile waiting on a kid who seemed very knowledgeable setting up my new phone and a watch for me. I had to leave at the three hour mark because I wanted to let my dogs out but the guy said my phone was good to go. I believed him. Wrong answer. Nothing had been transferred over in terms of apps and only about three quarters of my contacts. I remember even asking the guy why it took so long to transfer things over and he informed me it depended on how much was on my phone. Well, that was obviously a lie. The next day, Sat, i call T Mobile, still believing that i can get this phone issue solved. Nope. The six digit PIN I had created Friday night had disappeared and T-Mobile had no proof that I said you I said I was I was advised to wait until Monday and go back to a brick and mortar to verify my existence and create another pin. Monday, I go in the store. The manager sets the phone up, performs the transfer again. He also spends another 10 mins trying to figure out where the microphone is that I can use with texting. I'm silently thinking if it takes a T-Mobile employee 10 minutes to find that feature, it's a good thing I didn't spend any more than five mins concluding that for $55/month, T-Mobile Brick and Mortar can take care of this. Even though the apps transferred over, I now have to look up all the passwords for my apps. I also have an issue with Gemini: I don't know what it is and I can't seem to get rid of it. If i were 20, I'd gladly waste my life with this mess but I ain't. I never had these kind of issues with Mint mobile. It's 2026, I made two trips now into a brick and mortar for T-Mobile that I didn't have to make with mint mobile. Im also paying $55 a month. For a name brand, top of the line cell phone company, I expect the best. That $55 is a supposed military discount and I don't buy that either. I am amazed that people pay money for the above. I decide I've had enough so I call T-Mobile for my account number and a porting pin. Now you would think that would be easy and you'd be wrong. This is T-Mobile; the best of best as I've experienced above. T-Mobile isn't allowed to text me a porting pin because my phone number won't allow it. Huh? The guy starts apologizing: I hate fake apologies it's a waste of time but that's all I've been hearing from T-Mobile for the past month. I'm then told that I need to SURPRISE! Go to a brick and mortar to get my porting pin. Now there's a t-lite app on my phone that could reveal that info, however, that information is not available on my app. No one knows why but gee we can apologize. I hate T-Mobile: I suspect I'm too white trash to appreciate the wonderfulness of the above.

Terrible service and they lied about the return policie…read more When my girlfriend was there and looked at a Bluetooth speaker box to purchase for me . Befor she paid for it she asked if it could be returned if it was not what I was looking for . The guy said that we had 30 day to return it . I listened to it and it seemed to only have sound coming out of one side of the speakers. I took it back to see if the guy could maybe see if I was doing something wrong. But he couldn't figure it out as well so I said I want my money back he came up with all kinds of reason that I couldn't return it . That I had to contact the manufacturer.. and send me on a run around ..

Worst service ever!! Never buy a boost mobile phone. Worst customer service of any business I have…read moreever dealt with. If you try to leave plan on buying a new phone, even if you already own yours or waiting 48 hours before they will unlock it. They will cancel your service but afterwards tell you but oh we wont unlock it for 48 hours. And thats if you can actually understand the broken English they all speak.. Dont ask to talk to that department because they are a phone service whose departments don't have phone service..yes that is what the idiot on the other end actually said. After being put on hold for 15 min to speak to a supervisor and explaining I was having chemo the next day and needed my phone his words were well then guess you shouldn't have changed phones today. Total incompetence from a foreign company..do yourself a favor buy from anyone else or pray you like not having a phone.

Brenden Burton, the store manager-sold me a IPhone 16 pro max under false pretenses…read more I came in the store on May 15th, 2025 at 1300 hours, in a panic due to my phone displaying a white screen(Unable to shut off and or make phone calls). I explained to Brenden that I my phone has all of my cards and important information on it, and how I lost my physical cards during my move after last hurricane season so my current phone is my livelihood. have never dealt with a phone issue like this and I have a warranty but I have never used it. I asked Brenden if I could just get my phone screen fixed and keep my same phone. He said no and explained to me that my current phone (XS MAX) would have to be sent out and I would have to get a refurbished phone as a replacement, and I would lose all of my current phone's data(pictures). He said that the only way I would be able to save my data off of my XS MAX IPhone would be if I purchased a new phone with him today and I could then take it to the phone repair store "Ubreakifix" and they would put a "Temporary fix" on the screen so I could transfer all of my data over for free. Then I had 30 days to return the "Temporarily fixed" phone back to the Verizon location. I explained to Brenden Burton that I don't have cards and I would have to leave the Verizon location and head to my local bank to pay for the phone in cash. I came back to the Verizon location and purchased the IPhone 16 under the "trade in deal" , which completely switched my phone bill and had me pay a down payment of 162.89$. I arrived to the "Ubreakifix" location after leaving the Verizon located and Was informed by the repair technician, Richard P that there's no such thing as a temporary phone fix and the repairs that were made to my phone at the "Ubreakifix" location has completely resolved the issue that I had prior to having my phone fixed. I headed back to the Verizon store and was told that I could not get a full refund due to being serviced. Brenden Burton took advantage of the situation because I was in a panic and I am under my mother's cell phone plan and have little to no knowledge of the logistics of the phone warranty. The only positive about this situation is that when coming back to the Verizon store is that associate Gina E was helpful and politely explained the refund process.
