He then explained that the repair could take anywhere from a day to a week depending on parts and problems. So to get to wrapping up my rant, the repair took just a day and a half. Paul was very informative of the problem and the measures he took. He also gave the tv a full inspection and mentioned that everything else looks to be in great shape. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied I had quality work done. It's a small shop and doesn't exactly stand out but the customer service was outstanding. There is no doubt I will return there if need be.
