But the prescription I need doesn't qualify.. or so I was told. Picked up my glasses as expected. Tried for three days to adjust to using them. It resulted in headaches and blurry vision. Upon return, they spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to correct it. Second pair is better, but not great. There doesn't appear to be a blue light coating, but they insist it is there. Customer service is not the greatest. They prefer to just hand you the glasses and send you on your way. I had to ask if I could test them before leaving the store.

Only one that seems to know anything does not look or talk like a human. The 'doctor' Andrea Grider who does the eye exam doesn't seem to know what she's doing. The exam is off and she was trying to push some false numbers into the prescription that would make my vision completely blurry. She was being rude and impatient and the prescription paper is incomplete with incorrect numbers and missing numbers in the table for OD and OS. The equipment looks outdated too. This is not a professional place the care for a patient, all they are concerned is making money.

I'm just so unhappy with this place…read more I came here a couple years ago to get a new pair of glasses. My prescription was different than my contacts, I [thought I] had good vision insurance, and I just really wanted a new pair. Visionworks was my choice because this was the nearest location that was covered by my insurance. The doctor made me wait forever (I was the only person waiting to be seen), ran all the typical eye tests, gave me some prescription to try contacts, and ushered me over to one of the ladies behind the desk for some glasses fittings. I selected one of the lower-cost pairs with regular lenses and declined the 'special' of "buy one pair, get one half-price." New contacts? Forget it. My insurance only covered glasses or contacts, not both. Since glasses were more important at the time, I opted to get just glasses. I don't know what the heck my insurance covered and where all the prices added up, I paid $300 OUT OF POCKET WITH INSURANCE... including some bogus $60 "contact consultation' fee. What, the piece of paper the doctor handed me with the prescription? That alone cost sixty effin' dollars? I had already gone through with everything and really needed glasses, so I had no choice but to pay for everything. I was pretty livid. I've also had to get my glasses tightened here three times in the last two years (the screws fell out and my glasses fell off my face) and they're getting loose again (like, slipping around on my face and falling off). I'm glad the people here tighten my glasses with no fees or problems, but do I really need to have them tightened that often?? None of my other glasses ever did that. Ugh. Unfortunately, glasses are kind of expensive so I'll be dealing with this pair for awhile. I can't remember what I did about new contacts. I think I ordered them elsewhere. Go somewhere else.

I have no complaints regarding her knowledge, concern for my questions etc. But my eye exam prescription says I'm a Female..lol. The eye prescription also has my old address. I just noticed 2 days after NOT buying glasses after my exam. If Visionworks upper, upper management reads this, Fire the manager and train employes to check male or female and check and update customer contact information. No wonder the 3-star average review score. The last time I tried Visionworks was in 2019. Now I know why I didn't go back for 7 years, After the exam I talked to Krishna regarding my options for frames. I have been in sales my whole life and could tell Krisna was totally new in any kind of sales. But he has a good demeaner and I couldn't help myself from trying to help him. I can tell when someone has potential by the way they talk, expressions and natural type personality. But this kid was so untrained. I would never put someone so untrained out to the customers where so many questions would be asked. I did not get the manager's name, but she has no reason to even have a job there. OMG this woman was awful. Krisna needed help with the kind of Lense up grade for me and she treated him like he asked for her last Doller at a gas station. And when I asked about some basic info, she looked at me like, I just dont have time to help you. I almost told her to get a job not involving co workers or sales representatives, but it would have gotten ugly. I despise people that are in a position to represent their customer base on the front lines of a company, and damage their Image. My advice to Krisna is to start somewhere else. Good people that care about you and their customers make all the difference. Of course, I will not be buying glasses from Vision works ever again.

Amazing service. Treated like a person…read more My experience with the doctors and staff felt like none other. It felt like I was a real person and not just a client or consumer. In the past, every doctor-patient interaction has been robotic and it was such a relief to escape from that monotony. My doctors were very kind souls and helped me plenty. I was told my health results and given accurate and understandable advice. Duly also has an app where all my files are saved and I can view my test results at any time which I think is awesome. The app also has a feature that lets me talk to my doctors. Also, whenever i go out to events, it's sort of a funny coincidence that Duly sponsors so many of them. I love their helpful services and their community support. Thanks, Duly.

Sure the office and waiting room are beautiful, but that is it. Even worse, was the glaucoma "specialist", Dr Joshi, couldn't remember me from one visit to the next and constantly gave me bad information until I corrected her. After I was promised no wait, and waited 30 minutes, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I received my chart, it was full of BAD information. There were illnesses I never had listed in history. The unforgivable is that I was diagnosed as having Glaucoma in December 2011. I received many tests, took eye drops nightly and even had a laser surgery. I met my new dr today. I do not have glaucoma.
