Thankfully, that all changed as I got to the counter and was greeted by a very friendly budtender. He happily gathered my order and listed off what I was purchasing. I called ahead to see what types of incentives they have for new customers. Online it advertises a 25% off discount for new members and after calling I was informed this is applied to full priced items only, but there was a 10% stackable discount. I'm glad I mentioned it at the register because it did not automatically apply and manager's approval was needed - so if you visit on your first trip, don't forget to tell them. Overall, I think the prices were a little higher than the dispensaries around but I appreciated the extra 10%. However, we all know the deals are what drives a dispensary. what I noticed is they had about 20-30% off most products with deals on 2g carts. In the past, every doctor-patient interaction has been robotic and it was such a relief to escape from that monotony. My doctors were very kind souls and helped me plenty. I was told my health results and given accurate and understandable advice. Duly also has an app where all my files are saved and I can view my test results at any time which I think is awesome. The app also has a feature that lets me talk to my doctors. Also, whenever i go out to events, it's sort of a funny coincidence that Duly sponsors so many of them. There were illnesses I never had listed in history. The unforgivable is that I was diagnosed as having Glaucoma in December 2011.
