I got a call from Chris who was doing the repair for me (i thought it was going to be a total replace job) Thats where the word HONEST comes into play. Sure Chris could have taken me and I wouldnt have known any better but his honesty about what was wrong with my opener was very refreshing! All I needed was a belt replacement! Chris arrived before his scheduled time and replaced my belt and BAM...my garage door works again! Beyond grateful is how I would describe myself! I didnt get taken, I got my garage door working again and I got to me a great guy Chris who shares the love of music just like I do. Not that that has anything to do with the work he did. Withing about a half hour my new belt was on the motor and he sprayed some kind of silicone on all the hinges of my garage door and it works smoothly without a sound!! While the job was by far the least costly during the refurbishment, and also the lowest bid I received from garage door installation companies, it was essential for security and functionality. The installation wasn't seamless due to some manufacturer quality-control issues, but Joe was on top of the problem and had the components replaced by the manufacturer. Throughout the process, he diligently oversaw all installations. Even at the end, when I was willing to accept the flawed panel (a high bar, as I can be pretty demanding), Joe wanted it perfect. He went ahead, had the manufacturer replace the panel in question, and had his crew install the new panel, all on his own.
