I bought a package, which turned out to be a huge mistake and a total ripoff. The manager was only nice at the beginning to sell their products and services, but you can't even get in touch with him afterwards. On one occasion, I showed up a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to find the clinic locked and closed. Nobody bothered to call or inform me that day, which was extremely unprofessional. My second Korean facial experience was also completely different from the first. My esthetician didn't walk me through the steps at all. During my first visit, they used a specialized machine for the treatment, but this time, no machine was used. On top of that, it didn't seem like they changed the robes or blankets between clients, and the overall cleanliness of the clinic was questionable. Having had facials at many other spas, I've had far better experiences elsewhere. Studio Luna really needs to step up their service quality and product standards. When I checked the products used for their "Korean facials," they weren't even from Korea. Don't be fooled by their promotional deals on Facebook or Instagram.
